I went to art school after graduating charter school early. I went to dallas from a small texas town, and it was really fun most of the time. But I was in a weird project which involved me basically doing weird soykaf with a woman in her 40s, it had very sexual undertones and I would have left midway through but I was doing it with two girls for a grade. It took a while before I stood up for myself but basically they told me I had to suck this womans thumb, and they kept reshooting it telling he to try hard to blush, and at the start of every shoot I had to shampoo and put product in my hair. I stood up for myself when They told me to let her kiss my bare ass, I tried to just get it over with but they kept reshooting because I wasnt blushing and I snapped, I said just use the first shoot and they said ok. No actual sex acts happened but there is this weird ass film of me at 17 getting my ass kissed by a woman old enough to be my mom, this was in the 2000s. Surpassingly I didnt get any weird looks from most of the girls in my class, but one of my friends still roast me about today. Thoughts?

>>48766 Western art schools are weird anyway, so it doesn't surprise me. Although seeing it took place more than a decade ago and wasn't THAT explicit I would just let it slide. As a side note, is it true that orgies are pretty much common place in art schools? I heard that at the same time as when I had a long distance gf who went to art school and have been scared since.

YES YES! Such diversity! Oh doesn't everyone just feel so enriched? Multiculturalism at its finest. This is so progressive.

>>48766 This doesn't really sound too shocking or out of the ordinary for me. Sure "degenerate art" is kind of annoying sometimes, but it isn't always. Fine art (or art creation in general) contains a lot of sensual undertones, even as far as obviously sexual, even where you would never expect it. Maybe art isn't your thing? If you're looking to paint religious monuments of Jesus, or create realistic landscapes, maybe a place like this isn't for you. That artistic vision is out of fashion.

>>48784 I have no problem with the end product, but the process sucked, everyone was enjoying themselves, and I was washing my hair 15 times a day, and trying to force myself to blush.
Unnamed · 2021-08-16 09:56
>>48784 But who honestly enjoys that soykaf? If I saw that I would only be weirded out. If I where paying a college tuition just to be forced to do that I'd feel like I was scammed. Paintings of religious figures and real life references, or even some forms of post-modern art hold far more value.
Faye Valentine · 2021-08-17 03:26
Dog How do you even get yourself wrangled into such a stupid project to begin with? Post-modern art holds so few standards you could blow your nose and turn in the used tissue to your professor for a grade, or hell, even swat a fly on the wall for one in a fine arts institution. The majority of students in fine arts aren't even technically masterful, the hardest thing you'll do besides give your ass to an older woman is write a 10 page paper on something mundane. So, what have you done with your degree?
Ein · 2021-08-17 04:52
could you describe the selection process for who got what project ?

>>48848 We were friends and I wanted to a project with my friends. I told them to do what they wanted and they did that.

>Art Hell. Everyone knows that stuff is bullshit but hack "artist" rich kids just want to smell their own farts. THIS is art, just a few strokes and you already feek the raw emotion in the piece. It's still around to this day, it's just that the concept of an "artist" or "painter" has been coopted by these hacks making it harder to find. Laymen like >>48784 to mistake it for "art" because that's what they've been told it is, enough to say >Maybe art isn't your thing?
