Documenting after the vacc

kiwami · 2021-08-01 22:44
Hey lainons, I will be getting the Pfizer shot for the coronavirus and I want to document my life after it in a scientific manner, if anything has changed or any side effects I had developed mild or small or big. What is your advice for me to record? What would make it a good document? >poop routines? >thinking capabilities? etc. Thank you for your advice and suggestions, I am a usual /tech/ poster but I am here!
Frank Garza · 2021-08-01 23:06
theres a blood test for new small cloths called something dimer. That would be the primary choice. Before and after so you can check against story about blood cloths buildup from it. The original one was about astra but i read its supposedly a general problem due to vacc entering blood stream and creating those spike proteins in cell walls. Other than that you could also check for whether you had covid before in first place because if you did your system will react more strongly
Haruyoshi · 2021-08-02 00:21
After the shot you might feel woozy. I got the J&J and felt pretty much the same but some people I know felt sick for a day. Though I'm in my mid-20s so there's that.
Spike Spiegel · 2021-08-02 00:30
>>48210 Different lainon here, I already got two doses of Pfizer and nothing bad has happened to me so far. It's been 13 days since the second dose. I was slightly tired after the first dose for one day. After the second dose I felt normal and had runny nose for 10 minutes later that day. If anything, I feel better now knowing my immune system knows the virus and that it won't kill me. I can't check my fertility because I don't have a gf yet. To be honest internet addiction and browsing halfchan has more side effects than the vaccine.

What will you be using the document for? Not saying it's a bad idea, but if you ever experience adverse side effects after taking medicine, you're on your own (atleast in my experience) Doctors won't help you or think along with you, no matter how much your quality of life has decreased

>>48217 Nope. I think fertility tech will be able to solve the hypothetical problem by the time I find a gf though: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29145898/ To be honest I trust a single human-made vector coding a single virus protein more than I trust a self-replicating, quickly-mutating molecular parasite.

>>48218 >but if you ever experience adverse side effects after taking medicine, you're on your own (atleast in my experience) That's odd. That sort of medical care is free at the point of service for citizens and permanent residents in my country, and is treated as a high-priority situation in emergency rooms. What sort of third-world country do you live in where even that basic level of care isn't available to ordinary people without bankrupting them? I'd hate to live there.

The immune system can detect both foreign genetic material and proteins. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virus#Structure The vaccine delivers the mRNA coding the virus protein into a cell, which produces said protein.

We often don't see patterns or recognize frequency of events until we're keeping track of it. Something that may have been a regular occurrence that you didn't pay attention to or track normally suddenly becomes an effect incorrectly attributed to the vaccine.

>>49535 literally the classic case. First vacc was against diphtheria which is bacteria. In general they work much better because bacteria mutates slower which keeps the immunization alive for decades unlike virus soykaf like flu thats seasonal.

I have friends, they got the shot, they turned out fine, so I got it myself. Felt a exhausted for a day or two and then it was fine. I also don't understand why people get weird like this over masks. I think my parents explained to me that if there's a fire or something, I should put my shirt over my nose, so the idea of cloth blocking my face wasn't that foreign.

>>49537 But we are disputing virus?
Frank Garza · 2021-09-01 02:56
>>49537 Different viruses and bacteria mutate at different rates. Actually bacteria has the additional issue of it being more likely to do horizontal gene transfer than viruses. Horizontal gene transfer is part of how the flu mutates so quickly it actually combines with other mutations. Problem with bacteria is developing antibiotic resistance and viruses can develop antiviral resistance but thankfully vaccine resistance pretty much almost never happens so vaccines can always be tweaked but antivirals cant which is why it's better to rely on vaccines not antivirals as the first line of defense. >>48217 The covid-19 causing virus sars-cov-2 has shown to potentially cause infertility and impotence while the vaccines haven't demonstrated that. >>49533 Depends on the vaccine there are many different ones available. Anyway even the DNA lipid vaccines and the viral vector vaccines arent as different as you would think. Some vaccines before would use weakened live viruses. These vaccines dont even replicate once they make their way into a cell like live virus vaccines, they only produce the spike protein.

>>49533 >bro, you seem to have autism because you dont get nuance. I think so. >His point was regular vaccs are different to this because vaccs against bacteria are just broken pieces of said dead cells. Why would you trust dead cells over human convention is beyond me. Dead cells are more dangerous because they can contain unknown substances. And you're mentioning only one type of vaccines - there are more and they're not necessarily safer than the mRNA technology. https://www.hhs.gov/immunization/basics/types/index.html >it infects your own body cells https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/infection https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/infect The vaccine, unlike the virus, doesn't replicate in human cells so it isn't really infecting anything. The vaccine isn't persistent because both mRNA and foreign proteins are degraded by the cell. It is messenger RNA, not a gene therapy. It isn't scary if you know how gene expression works. >instead of being harmless inactive pieces delivered into the blood stream You're quite nostalgic towards dead bacteria pieces. It isn't as harmless and as inactive as you might think - some proteins can retain their biological function even after heating (the most deadly example of this are prions). Vaccines made from dead bacteria cells are like mystery boxes - you never know what's inside because bacteria always mutate and can give something unexpected and the outcome might me fatal. Actually old generation vaccines are responsible for bad reputation of vaccines generally. The mRNA technology is safer because the vaccine has known and minimal content. >Calling it all vacc is simply dishonest marketing enabled by everyone involved knowing average pleb has no clue. It's just a word. Injecting dead bacteria cells doesn't sound good either. A vaccine is something that allows your immune system to know a threat without getting hurt by the pathogen, sounds fair to me.
Zhora · 2021-09-02 16:09
>>49679 >it doesn't count according to our definition its using a virus and injecting the mrna into the cell to produce what its coding for. You dont say its not malware on your pc because its not spreading. If its hijacking the system it already counts,. Hijacking the cell to do what you want is already what makes it an infection. They can fuarrrk off writing definitions to suit their marketing. There's also a very simple difference - classic vaccines are produced entirely in the factory. And its not just scrambled dead cells - production filters all the crap and only take whats necessary for the vaccine. mrna hijacks cells to produce the actual vaccine. Its outsourcing production to cells instead of providing the spike protein directly. That's a big difference. Anyone telling its the same is lying intentional or not. Also if you wanna talk about safety i have yet to see anyone even consider how accurate mrna replication of the target sequence is. Synthesizing sequences aint clean either.
Trinity · 2021-09-02 18:20
>>49680 >its using a virus It is using a vector, vectors are not necessarily viruses. >You dont say its not malware on your pc because its not spreading. It's not malware if it's not designed to be malicious, it is just software. The singular virus protein is not the same as the whole virus. The spike protein is taken out of its malicious context. >If its hijacking the system it already counts,. Conventional vaccines are also "hijacking the system" and if you get the vaccine voluntarily then it's more like opening a website rather than getting infected by insidious malware. >Hijacking the cell to do what you want is already what makes it an infection. Hijacking is a really strong word for what it actually does. Viruses hijack a cell - they force the cell to produce their copies until the cell dies. On the other hand the vaccine delivers a one-time use recipe for the spike protein, after which the cell degrades the mRNA and the protein and continues normal operation. Is it hacking the cell? Yes, but it is not the same as what viruses do - viruses "want" to and will abuse you to replicate, even if it means devastating your body. If you don't fear having having flu or covid, you shouldn't fear the vaccine as it is less invasive. >There's also a very simple difference - classic vaccines are produced entirely in the factory. >mrna hijacks cells to produce the actual vaccine. Its outsourcing production to cells instead of providing the spike protein directly. I don't see a problem with that. Human cells are really good and precise factories. The proteins have to be made somewhere anyway - it can be inside your cells or inside genetically modified human or bacteria cells in a bioreactor in a factory somewhere. Every second your cells transcribe DNA into mRNA to translate it later into proteins, the vaccine is not much different. The mRNA enters the cell using a vector - a protein that carries the "let me in" signal. Later the path is the same as for any other exported protein. >Also if you wanna talk about safety i have yet to see anyone even consider how accurate mrna replication of the target sequence is. Transcription (DNA -> RNA) is never too accurate by "design" - your cells right now produce faulty proteins out of broken transcripts all the time, but the cell is not dumb and can detect and degrade faulty mRNA and proteins. If I recall correctly, RNA polymerase makes an error every 10^4 bases, the spike protein is about 5000 bases which means 50% of the transcripts are exact copies while the other 50% of the transcripts have about 1 altered base per 5000 (which is not much unless you're unlucky). Because the genetic code is degenerated, most mutations are neutral anyway. Anyway, it's been 2 months since I took the vaccine and nothing bad happened so far, same for my family. I trust the technology because it makes sense for me as for someone who studies biology. The ruling class won't just kill their wage slaves.

>>49686 If it were that harmless as you say we wouldn't have any side effects. In contrast astra got derezzed for blood clothing and sputnik for supposedly increasing hiv reception. Also the vector is a virus in the popular western versions as well as the russian one. The sequencing issue i wanted to address is not transcription but synthesizing the target mrna sequence. This means creating the mrna in the lab. You would have to figure out what other potential sequences could be bad errors and then the cumulative % of it happening which isn't an easy task.
Anamika · 2021-09-02 21:51
>>49687 >If it were that harmless as you say we wouldn't have any side effects. There always will be some side effects with any kind of interference into human body. Genetic and environmental diversity is what makes different people react to medicines and vaccines differently. You can never make a perfect thing, what counts here is whether it's less deadly than the virus. If you take a pain killers box and read the side effect list you get everything from headaches and rashes to bloody vomits and dying. Generally speaking the small fraction of people who die from medicines or vaccines are either weak people and people with preexisting medical conditions or people with distinct biology. That's true unless a vaccine is totally fuarrrked. People with broken immune system will get their blood clots just like they inflate after touching a latex glove or being stung by a bee. >In contrast astra got derezzed for blood clothing and sputnik for supposedly increasing hiv reception. Well, that's why you wait instead of rushing. I wasn't that desperate and I took mine after hearing about J&J, Astra and similar failures. >The sequencing issue i wanted to address is not transcription but synthesizing the target mrna sequence. It is synthesized the same way as living organisms do that but in vitro. There's a DNA template which is then transcribed into RNA by RNA polymerase using nucleobases dissolved in the solution. The DNA template is likely taken from a gene library but DNA synthesizers are really good these days (in 2010 a bacterium with 100% synthetic genome was created). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Library_(biology) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mycoplasma_laboratorium) If the virus sounds less scary for you than the vaccine or you had episodes of bad response to a vaccine then don't take it - it's all up to your convenience for me because I don't care much about other people anymore. I likely had the virus and two weeks of constant inflammation and headaches combined with pandemic stress hindered my mind - I couldn't focus and think, I felt really dumb and tired. I failed the semester because of that and that's why I decided to take the vaccine. Now I'm calm and my mind works despite having a suspicious infection of lower respiratory tract.

I experienced severe chronic side effects from fluoroquinolones and then even more side effects from the treatment against the side effects The older specialists weren't very helpful because they kept insisting the side effects were non-existent, even though they were listed (with warnings!) on the prescription and government's official pharmaceutical website. The younger GP's that were still in training said these side effects were common, infamous and permanent I lost my house, job, hobbies and passions because of the entire fiasco and right now I'm still hesitant about getting the vaccine COVID might fuarrrk me up and so might the side effects. It's a lose/lose situation The way you're just left on your own makes it so much worse than it should be. At that point you're just a nuisance to them
