Reclaim Bugmen to counter evil ideologies

Apoc · 2020-11-06 20:20
Isolation breeds depth. Such remains true from history to history to other history, the moral victory always arises from the most zealous life in the most thorough isolation. ... I ask u (the reader here) to stew on what was just said. ... Now continue.. Bugmen have bug-like ego'es, distributed, frequently seeking validation from peers, but rationalizing away national identity, anatomical identity, victim identity, oppressor or abuser identity, pedigree, age identity, geographical identity, etc......... I believe in doing deeds anyone could have done, having motivations which anyone could have had, accomplishin great miracles anyone'd've wished for. In some ways we should make ourselves bugmen. We shouldn't rely so much on validation or keep empty. Terranity has more in common with each other however. Most importantly, the bugman way of life leaves no room for supporting genetic ideology. "When you put your faith in gods, keep your salt dry." -Agatha Christie (paraphrased) Bug might allude to the hive, yet bugman life turns the antipode of collectivism, because the bugman erases all identity necessary for a collective's potent qualic presence (I mean, a god-tulpa or nation-nanaki). However, in addition to friendly like-minds, sharing similar fun activities or fandoms, rationalization requires a concept of any collective, try to penetrate (or pathogenerate) through bugman's mind to block subliminal pathways for unwanted identities. That concept allows bugmen to engage with collective entities such as gods or nations while disabling own agency to those entities. When I notice cancer like NatSoc spreading as a meme, I feel compelled to remind my fellow anonymous, what merits come from the identity shredder.

Image src https://fav.me/182606945 I listened to an excerpt of an interview by Luke Smith, briefly discussing bugmen. Luke harbors a negative opinion, but I quickly realized what they were trying to talk about, was me for the entirety of my memorable life. Perscriptive philosophy seems floating all about, but I quite organically became a bugman early in life, without any connection to the philosophies. So I have a few critiques to share. Meta-nomad says, "they cut all cultural roots at the base "in fear of representation with the past" When I share the reason for that, the exaggeration should grow more apparent. When one bases action on private experiences, only in context with those experiences can one comprehend the underlying moral structure. Since we can choose certain experiences, those experiences become like Schelling points, to create a shared moral structure. The bugman does NOT want erase, but rather to curate, so that living symbols arise. The bugman sees no honor greater than being part of a massive standalone complex. The bugman is a great curator of culture, not a destroyer. If the bugman shreds, the bugman makes copies to shred.

You lost me.
Nguoi La · 2020-11-08 00:05
I'm somewhat confused at the point you are trying to make. Are you saying that the identityless bug that works in harmony with its surroundings is something we should aspire to be?
Joey · 2020-12-14 21:49
>>34632 I say the identityless bug has some identity. I think we should aspire to identity minimalism.
Frank Garza · 2020-12-14 22:05
>>36539 I think people have a given amount of identity, so to say. If they don't fill it on their own - it will be filled by their surrounding. If bugmen give away the control over their identities to become puppets of the nearest strong egregor, it might not be a great idea to popularize bugmen-ship, as it's a matter of time until their hive would be overrun by carnivorous ideologies and all the bugs in it would be turned into soldiers. I imagine a world of self-centered assholes on skateboards with their own massive identities being much more resilient to subversion.
Lady Jessica · 2020-12-16 10:20
Read meta-nomad again. The bugmen do not ALLOW identity. The dislike for them comes from the system.
Otto Normalverbraucher · 2020-12-16 10:24
Let me correct that: comes from other systems. Bugmen belong to the kyriarchy of internet culture. They are an culture analogue to the kernel of an operating system.
Splicer · 2020-12-19 15:18
Not saying so with the intention of invalidating, Lainon speaks true of the Bugman's capabilities, however speaks untrue when associating that with the Bugman's purpose or limited identity !

>>34618 Likewise. >>34588 OP I'm not understanding why you advocated collectivism but also decry national socialism as a cancerous meme. Are you proposing one global collective, or nation states with national identities de-emphasized? Or maybe something else?
Anonymous · 2021-04-01 03:41
I suggest gradually increasing isolation between all nations, concentrating populations into dense cities, isolating the Internet as an abstract "obnation" per "fusions of diversions and doorkeys". Natsoc contradicts many transhumanist ideals. Language-barriers combined with art and logic studies can make any nation thrive, so the nations of the world must suppress anatomical sensibilities, ethics, or aesthetics. Such characteristics disenfranchise the transhumanist. Instead transhumanist bugman should spawn throughout all nations forming the sensory and executive apparatus for an observant "obnation", who typically only arbitrate avant-garde morals or evacuate anyone who discovers secrets in a way dangerous to the integrity of that nation.

CAKE2B8 · 2021-04-08 04:45
LGBT nests the asexual in a proverbial rosebush. Science ob the "-QIA+" phenomenon, stabilizes the dangerous nationalism of sexual identity. Unlike racial nationalism ob a cyclical apocalypse where failure begets war and further failure begets complete genocide, sexual nationalism begets a very difficult to reverse linear apocalypse. The asexual class (without desire for sexual experience) could have progeny ( children ) in vitro ( in a lab ). Thus that if all sapient life receives the capital ( laboratory equipment ) necessary to spawn in vitro progeny, that neutralizes the WEAPON one sexual class has against another ( incubating as opposed to donating genetic material ). Hyper-consumerism gratifies capital building schemes by means of the same psychological conditioning primitive games like cookie-clicker demonstrate. One needs a massive accumulation of "physically built" capital to give the "biologically validated" asexual class "reproductive means". Without a thriving asexual class then LGBT necessarily condenses into very dangerous nationalism. >>43334 Would you agree or disagree that the phrase "anatomical identity" has meaning ?

What might happen if the Inupiat reclaim the North Pole ? Solipsism and little Peoples determine the world. Physical war only ends by deeming psychological war more heinous. Ephemeral esoteric study analyzing all perspectives simulates the loses, thus an information scientist can replicate experiential phenomena for evidence. From the 10th century common era to the 13th century, marks when Inuit ancestors displaced the previous nation. Plague and assassination formed omens: that psychological war rises.

I find that the ostrich theory works about half the time. (p5p uses it on me to shut me up, I think.) The problem with no response is that there are five possible interpretations: 1) The post is correct, well-written information that needs no follow-up commentary. There's nothing more to say except "Yeah, what he said." 2) The post is complete and utter nonsense, and no one wants to waste the energy or bandwidth to even point this out. 3) No one read the post, for whatever reason. 4) No one understood the post, but won't ask for clarification, for whatever reason. 5) No one cares about the post, for whatever reason. Most of the time, there's not even a group consensus on the reason. It has to do more with the individual psyche than anything else. (For instance, I tend to take no replies to my posts as #5, #4, #2, or #3, in that order.) The real issue is that the problem may not go away. Most of time, the #2s and #4s of the world don't realize why they're being stupidiotic, and how to best unhork themselves for all's concern. To slightly contradict something Larry posted earlier, there is oftentimes help in a message as simple as, "No."
Acid Burn · 2021-05-09 10:14
Poor Warnock, the answer should almost always turn out #1.

>>34588 >>36539 The bugmen are people who have sold their souls-- their humanity-- for the zeitgeist. There is truth and beauty in the human condition, in organic human societies and organic human identities, but buggers certainly oppose it, or at last, have never felt it before, and so they grasp at half-baked product imitations of that goodness. Everyone has an identity, whether or not they know it. But bugmen are targets for mockery, because the don't have enough self reflection to realize their consumer identities are BS, or that they even have such an identity.

>>44900 >To slightly contradict something Larry posted earlier, there is oftentimes help in a message as simple as, "No." This is why I'm a huge proponent of chatrooms. Simple responses require minimal resources and generally the 'village' mentality works to weed out serial abusers.

Don Quixote seems very fitting for bugmen to recycle . the first recorded self-referential fiction novel . psychological warfare by rejecting reality in favor of a preferential one . what could describe the normal person experience of contemporary cyberpunk any more accurately ? if someone creates a new scavenger hunt , they should write a Don Quixote book code in Toki Pona . any ideas on a good riddle leading to that book Lain ? preferably in prehistoric talk now

>>48847 You come off as a sarcastic asshole, but I'll still answer it anyway. Used to be neighbors gave absolutely no fuarrrks whether or not you beat your wife. So long as you did well by what the church officials told you to do (which was basically pump out new laborers).
Zero Cool · 2021-08-17 07:26
>>48850 Small mistake here: It was not that people didn't give a fvck, it was actively encouraged by the church and carried by tradition, as simply churning out babies is worth nothing, if those babies grow up as soykafty people. If we're talking about Europe, it was actually regulated, and causing bleeding and debilitating wounds was itself a punishable crime. Other than that, it probably helped s lot, since Europe carried on like that for centuries, and managed to become a global influence. It is only after physical force on family members was outlawed, that we did see an increase in bratty kids growing up into soykafty people.

>>48852 > It was not that people didn't give a fvck, it was actively encouraged by the church and carried by tradition That's actually worse. > it was actually regulated, and causing bleeding and debilitating wounds was itself a punishable crime I somehow doubt it was enforced. > It is only after physical force on family members was outlawed, that we did see an increase in bratty kids growing up into soykafty people. I'll need citation on that one, because it also coincides with a simple massive increase in population.
