I'm creating a Senate Bill pitch for UBI using my 8 year running algorithm. I plan to donate the tech for free. Ask me anything. For more in depth: https://amorarmour.substack.com/p/my-universal-basic-income-tech-japan?r=85h5l3&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=true

I love people who have shameless ambition and compassion. (that's you)
Now, I have to do my earnest best to rain on your parade so you can refine or redirect your passion.
It is unfortunately trivial to make an algorithm ad hoc that has good results on old data. Unless you have some way to convince them that you've been committed to this algorithm with very few tweaks for those 8 years, they are likely to write you off as some kind of scammer.
Another issue is the scale you operate at. The more money you work with, the less effective your strategies are. The stock market is responsive to the scale of things, your buy order needs a sell order. If you put out an enormous buy order, you raise the price. Same with selling. There are surely more dynamics of scale that I don't understand and I would be serving you poorly if I pretended to understand them. But you can know what I say is true, because the big funds making double digit interest per year don't go exponential forever, they cap out at some billions of dollars in managed assets and start taking dividends instead of reinvesting.
