Hey so one of my sexual encounters left this at my place. I usually only smoke pot occasionally but this seems to be a nice tool for edging although I'm sure huffing self-described "nail polish" isn't healthy at all. Is this just a branding/health code thing? my only practical knowledge of what a "popper" is comes from "Fear and loathing" lol, i don't think this is *amyl* nitrate... right?

Its in a legal greyzone in a lot of places, some places it can be sold explicitly as what it is but has to be stamped as NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION, some places its legal to use it as a narcotic but you cannot market it as that, and it has to be sold at least on paper as something else, like "nail polish remover" or as an air freshener etcetera
