I stopped using all arylcyclohexylamines because of my bladder, and thinking about trying DXM again to get my disso fix. Do those pure DXM tablets still cause nausea? I've used DXM twice (cough syrup) and had strong nausea both times.

Not OP, OP probably already moved on from DXM abuse by now anyway. Best method would probably be buying RoboCough products online or if you're lucky finding stuff at your local pharmacy that doesn't have paracetamol, CPM, or loads of expectorants. If you can get memantine or ketamine just do that instead.

Capsules are much smoother imo, i haven't needed to throw up or anything using them instead of syrup or pills.

A dollar store is your best bet; Make sure there isn't any guafenesin or other active ingredients than dex.
