What is your experience with vitamins and hormones supplementation ? Any good effect ? Bad effects ? Or even no effect at all ? Share your experience Me: was diagnosed very low vitamin b9, and limit low vitamin b12 Taking b9 b12 supplement for two weeks it makes me more tired !? but it helps with my sleeping problems: from unable to go to sleep before late at night to being sleepy early I also have low in range thyroid levels I want to try thyroid hormone supplementation but doc is not so ok.

I occasionally take vitamine D cause i think i'm to much inside, especially during corona right now, it has no effects on me, which is good i used to take 5HTP and Melatonine to sleep about a year ago

Supplements are largly useless and are excreted through urine with little absorption. Whole food supplements work better and organic food sources will always be best. That being said it's fun to take pills and feel all cyberpunk.

>>8165 Yes there is a condition dubbed pseudo MTHFR polymorphism caused by synthetic folic acid and this is especially bad if they actually have actual MTHFR polymorphism which is a quite common genetic condition. There is another condition I forgot the name of that's genetic where some people can't process b12 in the form of cyanocobalamin and even is dangerous for them iirc.

Everyone should take D3. And they should take K2 with it unless they want to become natto connoisseurs.

I really like noopept or phenylpicatam. I'm not sure if they are actually nootropic, but the result is the same for me. I get a subtle, but noticeable stimulation / psychoactive effect from them and it scratches that urge in me to always get altered on something. I can focus on more productive things.

>>9409 noopept is useful for trip killing dissoactives. 20mg snorted will almost completely sober me up on hole does of ketamine and pcp analogues. Good for day after brain fog too. Racetams/racetam-likes potentiate psychedelics but dull dissoactives.

>>9412 NAC and magnesium will have the most noticeable effect on people who fuarrrked their brains up from polydrug abuse.

Ashawaganda treated all my hypothyroid symptoms for 2 years but it delayed me finding out I had thyroid cancer by masking the symptoms. Now it's treated and I'm taking levothyroxine
