In North America specifically. Forgot to add that.

US lainon here. I've bought drugs off tor marketplaces for a while now. Here is a very simplified guide to buying drugs:
1. Install TAILS on a usb drive and use it on a burner/different laptop
2. Find a way to obtain monero anonymously. Localmonero is good. Follow guides on dread's /d/monero to use monero on tails.
3. Find a reputable market. Use dark.fail. Make an account on said market. Send monero to market (or not if it's a DD).
4. Find a reputable US DOMESTIC vendor. Someone with at least a thousand positive reviews for your first purchase. Import ur vendor's pgp key and encrypt your shipping details to them. Place order.
5. Get drugs in mail. Wait a few days before opening package. Don't have any drugs/illegal stuff at mail drop.
6. Test your drugs. Buy a test kit online, they're cheap.
If you want more specifics pls ama.
Koos van der Merwe · 2020-08-28 23:45
Quite safe if you're careful about it, as long as you use monero instead of bitcoin, pick domestic sellers with a lot of feedback, pgp encryption with your address

Why wait a few days before opening the package? Does it really matter when you open it.

>Why wait a few days before opening the package? Does it really matter when you open it.
Hypothetically speaking, by having a clean drop where you have the package sit a few days before it's opened, you produce a better case of plausible deniability. In the case that after the package is delivered the drop is raided by glowies, you can plead the fifth and have your case dropped once they figure they can't coerce an admission out of you. The drop NEEDS to be clean before, during and after the package arrives in order to prevent avenues in which LE can coerce admission.
Zhora · 2020-09-04 22:15

That makes sense thank you, by clean drop do you mean having them delivered to somewhere outside of your home/work that isn't linked to illegal activity?

Spike Spiegel · 2020-09-05 23:16

>having them delivered to somewhere outside of your home/work that isn't linked to illegal activity
Well ordering it to your work is downright stupid. You can order to your own address. By clean drop I mean that whatever place you send your drugs to, there isn't anything illegal there. For example, if you have an eighth of pot at your house and have drugs shipped there, you're at risk of getting raided and being charged for the pot. Not to mention that if you're ordering it to a friend's house, if they get hit with charges for whatever reason they're more likely to be flipped by LE.
TL;DR: Don't have illegal stuff like drugs at places you order drugs to.
Hitomi · 2020-09-05 23:18
>>6552
>Not when police busts the vendor and he gives up all his customers.
This is important to note. The vendor needs to rotate their public keys ever so often (3 months is what TMG requires) in order to sustain forward secrecy.
Nanashi No Gombe · 2020-09-06 00:44
>>6552
typically a vendor will delete all customer data periodically. If it came out that a vendor didn't do that their reputation would be permanently ruined.
Almost all drug busts on the darknet are because of the market, buyers being retarded, or vendors being retarded. Very rarely do people do everything right and still get caught(although it does happen).

>Can you have drugs shipped to a PO box?
No, PO boxes are not 'public' per say, like a home address. If you order it to a home address, anyone could have sent it there, whereas with a PO box you have less plausible deniability that someone else sent it.
>What do I do if I don't have a home address I can have them shipped to?
Try to find a friend. Someone you trust who will listen to you. They basically need to understand they need to plead the fifth and play dumb if they get v&. They shouldn't have anything illegal at their address either, as that can be used by the cops to coerce a confession.
Cypher · 2021-02-04 01:19
Step 1: Get a burner laptop and install TAILS to a usb drive (something fast with >8gb of storage, if you can get a 32gb or larger usb drive that would be preferred). If you have a big usb drive (32gb or more), you might want to run a monero trimmed node. This is more secure than relying on a remote node.
Step 2: Find a way to get your monero. Bitcoin is outdated, slow, and not private. Plus the fees suck. Localmonero is a good option to find monero from a respectable vendor. You can facilitate cash deals with vendors directly there to get your monero. Alternatively, you could buy bitcoin from an atm with cash and exchange it for monero on localmonero or another exchange. Use tor!
Step 3: Once you have your monero, let's talk markets. In my opinion, the most secure general market is white house market. If you only have an interest in consuming weed and psychedelics, I can suggest the majestic garden.
WHM has escrow, TMG has a trust system (still direct deal tho).
Step 4: Buying the drugs.
On WHM: Choose a well respected vendor for your first order (~1000 positive reviews). Basically, you pick what you want and send the monero to the address provided. Always PGP encrypt your address to the vendor with their key! Always order escrow so you don't lose your monero.
On TMG: Message the vendor an encrypted message or contact them according to their page. Usually their page details how to order from them. You send them the monero and your address (encrypted of course).
Step 5: Waiting. Shipping details should be handled by your vendor. If for whatever reason they give you tracking details don't use them! USPS keeps a close eye on that. If it is taking a while message the vendor and do not finalize on WHM.
Step 6: Arrival. Once your drugs have arrived, you'll want to destroy the shipping materials (it's evidence). Enjoy your drugs!

also, you need to mix the monero by sending it to yourself (different wallets) *at least* twice, with *at least* one hop fully over Tor.

Cypher · 2021-02-05 22:44
Would add:
Step 7. Finalize your order and leave a good review. State the quality of the stealth, how well disguised your product was, but do not reveal any details about the method of stealth. If you are using reagents to test your product (which you should be) state the results. If you've consumed the product before writing the review, mention the quality.
For step 3, darknet forums have vendor discussion that can help you find reliable vendors. Searching for the vendor on Dread may help.
>7610
>Whonix > TAILS
Why?
>also, you need to mix the monero by sending it to yourself (different wallets) *at least* twice, with *at least* one hop fully over Tor.
this was true for bitcoin, but not as true for monero since transaction addresses can't reliably be determined. Still not a bad idea in case monero anonymity is ever fully broken.
>7613
A burner laptop isn't necessary. Tails boots from a usb so you don't have to install anything and it doesn't touch your host filesystem.
>7614
If you're using Tails, it uses OpenPGP Applet to make this super easy. You just copy whatever you want to encrypt, click on the OpenPGP icon and select "Sign/Encrypt with public key" and your clipboard will then have the encrypted content and you can paste it like normal text. Decrypting follows the same steps.
Importing and setting up your keys is simple as well:

>>Whonix > TAILS
>Why?
TAILS uses iptables to force traffic through Tor, as far as I know. If someone exploits the machine it is trivial to expose the true IP address of the user.
Whonix runs two virtual machines, one with the Tor router and the other with user applications. It uses the virtual machine's virtual network to force traffic through Tor. Thus it requires a VM escape exploit (much harder to come by) to expose the user's true IP address.
>this was true for bitcoin, but not as true for monero since transaction addresses can't reliably be determined. Still not a bad idea in case monero anonymity is ever fully broken.
For bitcoin it would do literally nothing. For monero I would still consider it a necessity. Monero's anonymity, like Tor's, cannot possibly be complete. If your exchange is compromised(near certainty) and your dealer is compromised(possible), a motivated attacker could make a pretty good guess as to where the money came from.
Joey · 2021-02-06 07:21
TMG is good for psychedelics but now weed. I recommend Monopoly Market for all other stuff including weed, and it's starting to shift towards Monero.

The problem is just, you can never trust the vendor. There aren't chemical tests for everything available and even if they are, you have to trust the test supplier. You can always end up dead taking something you thought would be harmless.

Dogs have pretty high false positive and false negative rates.

>this was true for bitcoin, but not as true for monero since transaction addresses can't reliably be determined. Still not a bad idea in case monero anonymity is ever fully broken.
Monero still has the concept of churning where you send coins to your own sub-addresses and since each transaction is sent and stored on the blockchain using a single use stealth address it is indistinguishable from sending it to someone else unless your private key is compromised. Each "churn" exponentially increases the difficulty of tracing transactions, for the vast majority of people its overkill as a single hop is difficult enough to trace but with transaction fees so low theres no reason not to do it.
>>7610
Theres no need to do different wallets, just churn, if you're using different subaddresses for each recipient which you are constantly told to do then you're not adding any additional privacy. However depending on how you source your monero it will probably be worthwhile to have two separate wallets, one for your clean coins from an exchange or other legal source that you use for investment purchases and ideally legal purchases and donations and then a separate one for dirty coins either received from a dark net market and for sending to a dark net market. But thats more for plausible deniability purposes than for privacy.
If the Monero protocol is sufficiently flawed that you need seperate wallets to prevent tracability on the blockchain then no amount of additional wallets will protect you, replacing one flawed security system with two more identically flawed security system confers no benefit.

Tests are legal and thus covered by regulation in almost every country. You generally can trust the test provider will be giving you real reagents especially if they provide testing kits to things like hostels, its also trivially easy to verify that you have real reagents by testing them against common household medicines and most of these reagents are so cheap and easy to manufacture that test kit suppliers have no reason to give you fakes. When it comes to the literal life and death stakes of drug testing legally operating test kit manufacturers have every incentive to provide real kits.
The vendor trust issue is true for every source of drugs, your local neighbourhood dealer or even friend could be giving you bunk drugs and because of how sourcing works they may not even be aware that they are giving you bunk drugs.

>For bitcoin it would do literally nothing.
This isn't quite true depending on how you do it.
Say you have twenty or so addresses. You buy the bitcoin, and it all goes into address A, which therefore can probably be tied to your identity because bitcoin.
Then you send some of it to each of addresses B, C, and D. Form there, B sends some to addresses E, F, and G. C sends some to addresses H, I, and J. D sends to K, L, and M.
These transactions are public (because bitcoin), but if you're sending varying amounts and not emptying the wallets, from a public perspective, it looks the same as if money is being sent to someone else. So when an address that got some of the money from address L buys drugs, it looks like somebody who sold something to somebody who sold something to you bought drugs.
Of course, there's also a lot of waste in this process, so really seriously just use monero.

for the USPS at least, they need either a warrant or "reasonable suspicion" to open up a package, unless it's crossing a border.
My friend works at the US post office and he claims that as long as a package doesn't bust open nobody cares. They do pass it through an xray machine though. There's such a large volume of mail, and unlike with computer packets you can't really automate the process of opening a box and seeing what's inside. So only the really obvious stuff, or the stuff where you're basically already caught, gets checked.

lol these are instructions as if you were a vendor. realistically you dont need all those complicated steps like using monero, TAILS, f*cking BURNER LAPTOP. no authorities look in to small scale personal drug purchases, so the only way you get done is if they catch a vendor/shut down a market and they stupidly had your address written down somewhere, in which case none of those extra opsec things are gonna help because they dont have any influence over that point of failure.
The Phantom Phreak · 2021-06-06 10:52
Seeing some what I think is dumb talk about "vendor caught and gives you up". It doesn't work like that 90% of the time except when its because you talked too much and not the vendor, or if you are buying in large quantities to sell in which case I dont think youd be saying bizarre not entirely true stuff in this thread.
You certainly could and might get arrested but as long as you lawyer up and dont talk there probably is no case against you. More likely than not if you were given up by a vendor that information would not even be used(often couldnt be used) for an arrest and would instead be used to obtain a warrant to search your home. They are not going to be able to win a case against you with chat logs and transactions in the same way with no weapon and no body most murderers are not convicted. So theyd much rather use that instead to conduct raids and hope someone on the customers list they hit has a stash. Thats if they want to even do that, your just assuming they give some plea deal for a customer list, cops tracking down tends to hundreds of people in multiple states or even countries likely to find non felony amounts of drugs they have no way to link to vendor is not a good enough bargaining chip for an attourney to reduce a sentence they know they can convict for and win . They want to know big names for good publicity and recognition and for
the purposes of things like asset seizure to make money.
Drug crimes are not murder cases where leaving them unsolved generates bad press and also creates bad statistics for states and localities about unsolved murders. Police drive past people smoking crack or shooting up all the time, they sometimes even know people who are dealing but simply dont have the resources to pursue it and want to focus on the bigger busts.

We have reached our goal and now, according to plan, it's
time to for us to retire.
Effective immediately user registration and ordering have
been disabled, everything else (yes, withdrawals included)
is working as usual.
We will keep the market online for a limited time until
open orders are finalized, disputes handled and coins
withdrawn. We don't know how long that will take but
don't expect to come back 6 months from now and find the
market up.
All market rules are still in effect so users (both
buyers and vendors) should not try to take advantage
of the situation and scam, the feedback system is still
working and will be shared with Recon and other markets.
Because this week's featured listings and stickies won't
generate any revenue vendors who paid for them will be
refunded via their market wallet.
Vendors can now advertise the markets where they operate
on their vendor profiles however direct contacts are still
disallowed.
For alternative markets check out /d/Superlist on Dread, the
ones listed there are established and going strong. Keep in mind
any market can disappear at any time and for what ever
reason (exit scam, law enforcement operation, hack, technical
issue and so on) but markets like Monopoly (true wallet-less,
direct deal) and Versus (enforced multisig) greatly minimize
damage. You can also give a chance to new markets, we all
have to start somewhere.
Thanks everybody for your business, trust, support and of
course for placing decent amounts of money in our pockets.
We may come back some time in the future with a different
project or we may not. Meanwhile be on the lookout for phishing
