Is Delta-8 THC a scam?

Hello, I am relatively new to this site/board. I recently purchased a Delta-8 THC vape cart because my friend also bought one from a different site. Allegedly, this is perfectly legal as Delta-9 is the illegal "weed" THC whereas the Delta-8 is "hemp" THC and is legal as long as the plant has less than .3% D9 THC. I've never done drugs really before, aside from one time I took multiple long hits from a vape with THC wax in it, but I didn't get high at all. I watched one or two reviews of D8 THC online and they never explicitly say that they get high from it, but that they just feel "relaxed" and all the other soykaf that comes associated with CBD and hemp products. I have used CBD oil in the past, and it only tasted like soykaf and did absolutely nothing for me. I still have the bottle too, funnily enough. I was putting the recommended amount in my food every morning, so maybe I was doing it wrong. To summarize, my questions are: >Is D8- THC a scam? >Did I overpay? >Am I gonna get high from this? >Should I stick with the CBD oil I have, if it hasn't expired?

d8-THC isn't even psychoactive. You bought the vape equivalent of dirt weed. Learn2Darknet and buy stuff there.
