so i have been using kratom for maybe 1, 2 years
3 times a day, every day to deal with chronic pain from all angles
that was 12 months ago when i quit, but i'm still so tired. i don't get it, i have no energy and cannot seem to fix it, nothing works like it used to
i am a healthy weight
i am eating okay and getting the necessary nutrients, and i am pretty sure im absorbing them okay
i get exercise
i drink enough water and i sleep okay on a normal schedule
but im still so tired, what can i try? is my brain just juiced out permanently?

any meth heads out there who had to recover from this? i ask, because i imagine you had it way worse than i did
there must be some supplement i can take

Where do you live? Is it an area with tall grass? Have you seen a doctor? Unless you had a blood test how can you know you're absorbing your nutrients okay?

Yes that was the implication. It's possible if you live near some area known to have ticks. Lyme disease has two varieties. The American variety and the European variety. European variety of the bacteria that causes it has toxins and American version doesn't. American variety just makes your immune system screw with you and one common symptom is lack of energy and pain (often in the joints but theoretically can be anywhere) but isn't limited to that in symptoms. It can also cause facial paralysis and hallucinations. It can effect everyone differently and because it can mimick other diseases it can go missed. But there is all sorts of conditions that can cause your symptoms. I just mentioned one specifically. As for why the mention of blood tests for nutrients there are various conditions that can cause malabsorption such as seliacs disease or MTHFR polymorphism (common genetic condition) for example. I don't think you can solve your problem without first getting an idea of what your problem is. Was it around two years ago symptoms appeared or has it almost always been like this?

Sorry my bad i mean both versions mess with the immune system it's just the Euro variety of bacteria that causes the disease has the toxins having effect on top of that.

Is the pain specific? Like joint or muscle pain?
