Adjusting a life reparation with SSRI.

At this time i'm at a low point in my life. I could list bad things for literally hours why my life is totally fuarrrked. But thing is, i'm too coward to kill my self, and i don't enjoy anything that i could do in this state i'm in, so i could just fuarrrking try again to repair things for the 9001st time again. I return to my constructive hobbies (learning japanese language, learning programming and doing sport), and i work and study, but i give up things too quick even normally, now in the current situation i guess i wouldn't last more than 2-3 days. I'm thinking about using some chemical help, i have 1x30x20mg + 4x30x30mg paroxetine. I'm looking for advice how to take it, when, how much, and for how long. I was taking escitalopram for a year, it helped a lot for ~3 months, then i was back at baseline(which is not normal people's baseline but a soykaf state). I'm diagnostised with bipolar disorder, i'm prescribed a soykafton of medicine but i didn't take it for more than a year, because i didn't want another big addiction/dependence (i'm addicted to tobacco, alcohol and probably benzos and other recreational drugs despite being clean of them for a long time), but now i need help or else, i'm not going to make through this, and if this happens, then even that remaining microscopic amount of hope i had for an almost normal life is lost. I'd very appreciate experience with paroxetine compared to other things like escitalopram or venlafaxine, and how to make sure that i use that small time window that is the profound ssri effects, the way it should be: doing everything to better my life. thank you very much lain frens.

>>4505 I would wouldn't suggest messing with the chemicals in your brain man. It turns out badly for a lot of people. I would suggest getting off of the drugs and alcohol. You'll feel better just getting away from that. Pick up exercise. You don't need to be a stud just start doing some light workouts to begin with and you will feel miles better. Seriously, a good couple sets of push ups and squats will do wonders for your mood and by extension your outlook on life. Continue with hobbies you actually enjoy. Do you actually like learning Japanese and programming or is this a meme you picked up on the internet?

SSRIs just don't work in my experience and according to clinical studies. I don't think anybody should take them, except some really low IQ people that are highly susceptible to placebos. There are plenty of other drugs to try though

>>5585 they actually can be extremely good for anxiety, but I had an extreme case of anxiety so maybe that added to its effectiveness. I do agree that it's marginally effective for mild depression though. pulled me out of a major depressive episode relatively quickly though. i think there's just a lot of janky soykaf with science around it to be honest as well as normans taking it when they're not actually depressed.

>>4505 If you use SSRIs use them in low doses and always think of them as an aid while you do the heavy leveraging. They are not a fix and they will never be a fix, and high doses will fuarrrk you up in bad ways.
