>>4351 There are differences in genetics between cannabis plants but you also have to realize that there are epigenetic factors at play as well. The environment in which the plant grows can be a factor in whether or not some traits are expressed. The strain itself may have its own distinct cannabinoid profile but its really hard to say that one strain will always be able to reproduce those effects regardless of the vendor.

OG Kush. As someone living in EU under heavy prohibition laws, finding OG Kush is like early christmas. But I knew I was a "kushhead" the first time I smoke OG in amsterdam. So different. Taste so good.

I dont have a favorite strain per se, but recently a friend sold me some hash from a strain called critical, it was really good, he said so too and he knows his weed.

i generally dislike weed, or rather its very intense for me. I dont notice big differences in strains other then I know indicas tend to make me more depressed, and sativa makes me anxious. I think combined with the kind of loopiness and fog my brain interprets that relaxation effect of indica as me getting depressed. my only good experiences with weed have been alone and when I went into it treating it with the same respect as acid or shrooms, thats just how intense it is for me even half a joint. I get that same sort of surfacing of all my problems that I would on acid but I dont have the same clarity to deal with it and sometimes the problems dont seem real. While I might get anxious about not interpreting things correctly on acid, this tends to lend itself to thoughts about subjectivity and how its possible I never truly am in the sense I think am sober. On weed its overbearing, i clam up, I feel totally unequipped to judge or understand things correctly. Weed has been, briefly, as intense even in smaller amounts as my 6-8 tab acid trips just in a very different way. I dont know if I just naturally cant vibe with it, ive tried it more times than I can count, or if im approaching it wrong. One theory I have is that everyone around me has such a high tolerance that what I need is like one hit of some trash weed. but then I wonder if im not getting the full effects and just microdosing essentially. Only positive social experiences have been drunk where I took just one or two puffs of a spliff made with shake.

I don't get the thing with strains and indica/sativa, everything i smoked over the last few years got me the same high everytime. my favorite strain would be lemon haze, just cause of the smell and taste

>>4906 I'm the same way Lain. Doesn't help that my first experience with it I go insanely high and gave me a panic attack. That experience kind of messed me up to be honest. It was just legalized in my state and I went to get a balanced strain to try and overcome my fear, but they only had very high THC with CBD flower. I don't know if I should take a small hit of it or not just to try (it's like a 27% thc pre-rolled joint. I take an antidepressant also and don't want to mess up the good that's done for me.

Right now I have purple chemdog and lemon kush on hand. purple chemdog is quite nice, but it's weak, I need quite a lot of it. The high is very mellow still. Lemon kush is a bit stronger I think and feels more sativa dominant. Favorite is probably stardog, and only because the DNM vender I get it from grows very good, sparkly nugs. Best I ever tried was from some random black guy in the street I asked. Forgot to ask what strain it was but it made me incredibly happy and euphoric (in that moment) and at one point I cried because of how beautiful the forest I was in was.

When I was 16 and I started smoking weed, I just smoked 1/3 of the pipe and that was enough for me. Of course I'm talking about strong strains. It’s good, it’s saving money.

does weed go bad if it's in an airtight container? i don't smoke weed but bought some from a dispensary i recently moved near; the joints and flower i bought were all harvested in late 2019 around october.

I like purple haze it helps keeps me focused and I can manage social situations without looking retarded.

Wedding Cake. Has that nice Pine/Citrus Lemon smell flavor and also is a Hybrid that stays with a nice high and coasts slowly on the way down like a slide. Just mellow, and that good small boost of energy when needed for the day.

I enjoy more smoking hash, like filtered hash or ice water hash, doesn't care much the strain if hash is dope. And I live in a place where getting good weed is hard, but my favorite strains i've ever smoked talking when it comes to flower were: 24K Afghan Kush Sweet Purple

I've smoken Gorilla Glue once, coming back home from a trip, i felt great with the car trip. There is some strains you can buy, such as manga rosa e soltinho da Bahia, and "skank/kank", i don't know if it is THE Skunk tho, but that's all we can normally get in here, extractions are golden relics. There's some people who plants and sell some strains, or buy them from sources from legalized countries and sell them in here. These people do not offer accessible prices, as you might've thought.

real chemdawg, Cedar Creek brand specifically is the only commercial bud with the real genetics that I personally know of.

Its strong yet I did not feel like going to bed and felt level headed, uplifted and most of all could function with no real anxiety. But if it's your first time ever drinking, you'll be pretty drunk off of a beer or two. I think the best way to enjoy weed for someone who doesn't smoke regularly is rolled in a joint with a lot of tobacco (or tea or other filler, if you prefer). Around 3/4 tobacco 1/4 weed. It's better to start out with to little and work your way up than the other way around.

sour diesel and trainwreck - I'm basic. a strain+cure that burns well enough to create stingingly potent smoke and won't get too acrid is hard to find, so I usually make edibles. I make fire crackers at 300 for 17-20 minutes based on a Russian chromatography chart that often gets reposted on vaping websites.

>>4906 To be fair in the legal market it's very strong compared to the Mid and Low strain weed we had even a decade ago. It's just much cleaner and potent because of the higher standards. I would say though a lot of your problems are more mental than physical. You should not be doing weed or psychedelics under bad mindsets or when depressed because it will bring that to the surface if anything you are just trying to escape from your problems than confront them. Come back when you feel better to do them in a healthy mindset.

I enjoy strains with distinct and especially fruity aromas. Pineapple Skunk, Blueberry Cheese, NYC Diesel, Lemon Haze, etc. On the other hand I never noticed much of a difference between strains when it comes to the effects. But I also use a vaporizer at not too high of a temperature so it's not like I get much of that CBD to begin with so I guess that is not surprising.
