Research Chemicals General What are research chemicals? Research chemicals (aka RCs, Novel Psychoactive Substances, NPSs, etc.) are unregulated psychoactive substances sold online for "research purposes" to skirt around controlled substance analogue laws regarding human consumption. Almost always these substances will be sold with the tagline "NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION". Generally in the United States these substances are legal unless meant for human consumption (which is hard to prove in court). So why should I be interested in them? Some RCs are pro-drugs of controlled substances, meaning they will metabolize into a controlled substance when consumed. Two popular pro-drug RCs are 1p-LSD and 4-AcO-DMT. 1p-LSD metabolizes into, well, LSD and 4-AcO-DMT metabolizes into 4-HO-DMT (psilocin), the psychoactive compound in psilocybin mushrooms [1]. But there are other RCs that are not pro-drugs. 5-MeO-DMT is a tryptamine that causes intense ego death and emotions, but is also found in Bufo Alvarius (a frog native to the Southwestern United States and Mexico) secretions [2]. There are numerous arylcyclohexylamines, such as 2-FDCK, 3-HO-PCP and 3-MeO-PCE [3]. As well, if you're into benzos and opioids there's plenty of those too, but I would bear caution towards them. Generally speaking, breaking your crypto money trail with monero and then trying to order with tor is your best bet. Small amounts of RCs really don't need a large amount of OPSEC. Unless you're buying kilos of RC benzos and plan on selling them as xanax then don't worry too much. Where can I get them? Most vendors sell via their own clearnet shops with crypto or through direct deals via email. Probably a dumb question, but are there any easily available RC that are similar in effect to ADHD meds like Ritalin or Adderall? Getting them in my country (legally and illegally) is difficult for me and I think they would help improve my life a lot.

I'm curious. Is it easier to get ahold of RCs that are legitimately research chemicals or drugs in development or rejected by companies as opposed to recreational analogues meant to circumvent drug laws? In US is that more legal or would that be more difficult to find at a reasonable price and proper quality for someone who isn't a licensed research scientist? >>4549 Just to clarify do you have ADHD or not? Obviously once I'm able to get ADHD meds I'll switch to them of course. Also Adderall is illegal here and only Ritalin is prescribed.

>>4557 Then you may not be looking for an RC necisarilly just a nootropic may do for your intent. Modafinil or its prodrug Adrafinil may work for you. Just do a search for modafinil and ADHD or ADD and you can see quite a few studies supporting it's potential use for that. Rare deadly side effect to consider though.

>>4565 If you can't find l-dopa you can use Mucuna pruriens (if i spelled it right) which has relatively high amounts of l-dopa in it. L-dopa and NALT convert to dopamine. Several ADHD meds work as dopamine reuptale inhibitors so it has a similar goal of increasing dopamine levels and sometimes l-dopa or NALT is taken to help ease a come down when the meds start wearing off. People with ADHD have low dopamine in part of their brain. Dopamine is basically what your brain uses to tell you what to pay attention to. You probably would need to take it in spaced out doses to have an effect last through the day. They are just supplements so it shouldn't be a big deal obtaining and trying it out and if it doesn't work it's not a big loss. Probably less costly than using RCs daily I would assume.

Had my fair share of experience with rc's. Mainly rc benzos, opioids, psychedelics & keta derivates. 2-Oxo-PCE was definitely one of my favorite experiences together with my friends. Too bad the only rc vendor that I know is trustworthy hasn't restocked this rc in almost a year now.. Shit if only I knew about that I would have gotten myself a fine stash to last me a few months. Still checking for restocks almost daily but that rc might have fallen under a new ban/law by now. If you can get your hands on 2-oxo-pce I highly recommend you try it out.
