Is it legal to talk about the benefits of prescription medications, even if I don't sell them? Would talking about why Adderall etc. are used for studying land me in trouble for advertising restricted medications?

>>3946 Assuming you aren't a corp and are just communicating via commonplace civilian methods, in freedomland you should be able to say whatever you want without worry (at least, LEO should more or less leave you alone). Only thing to worry about really would be slander laws if you happen to piss a corp off. If you are a corp., or are using mass-advertising methods the laws are a lot trickier. Many countries (almost all besides the US and one other that I can't recall) have derezzed direct to patient advertising of prescription medications. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Direct-to-consumer_advertising#Legality
