Benzodiazepine withdrawal, going insane?

I have been on Phenazepam (another diazepam analogue) 0,5-1mg daily for a week and started tapering down to 0,5 every two days. Everything went fine BUT on the day 3 I took my 0,5 for sleep, didn't do soykaf for me so I redosed and took 3 Valerian Root pills, which didn't do soykaf. I don't feel anxious or depressed but I cannot fall asleep for soykaf and it feels like it's getting worse. How do I stop taking that soykaf?

wean yourself off them slowly. Benzo withdrawals are really really bad. If you can, have someone handy who can help make sure you get enough food and water and electrolytes.
