i don't think you can do a lot about it, just drink water and wait for it to leave your system.
If you're worried something is going really wrong, go to the doctor. People with heart problems often can't drink coffee, specially with caffeine shots.

DRINK MOAR WATTER
i am a recovering caffeine addict (used to drink 3-5 shots of espresso a day along with 2-3 cups of coffee). Do some exercise to help you get all that energy out of your system. Other than that, good luck, and try not to do it again.

I've read that cigarettes reduce the effect of caffeine. However I don't think I'd feel like having a cigarette while on a caffeine binge and the effects are mild anyway.

L-Theanine, it decreases caffeine's side effects and accentuates positive ones. A natural combination of L-Theanine and caffeine (theine) is contained in green tea

this, my efforts to reduce caffeine intake (and the various issues that come with having too much, at least for my body) always include caffeinated tea in some sort, particularly green tea. common knowledge by now, but don't quit cold turkey. replace the high-caffeine coffee with something lighter.

Idk. Caffeine withdrawal is pretty painful but it 's very short and consistent in lengh (never more than 5 days of migraine before a total stop).
But I mainly stop to experience virginal tolerance again so you might not find the longer taper method off putting.
