based combo mate. for me it's just kraytom, kava, weed and these caffeine chews i switched too, coffee burning my insides now and it feels awful. its like i have to actually taper off caff now which feels hilariously unreal to me but apparently is a thing. quit speed weeks ago so thats great! i wasnt doing too well with that as im already a bit fked but i let that go now.
