SEA benzos

Whats the consensus on buying benzo's OTC in SEA? particularly Vietnam and Thailand? I get very conflicting answers online. Online it says that its really easy to get in Hanoi, just walk in to a pharmacy and ask like in Mexico. while the law says absolutely not. planning a trip there and want to choose a country for drug tourism without getting buttfuarked by the police there.

SEA is no joke my buddy got in trouble there with a gang and the police, he got arrested and they did all kinds of fuarrrked up soykaf to him like they hired a white guy to pretend to be an embassy worker.
