Has anyone here ever tried 4-AcO-DMT? It's a research chemical you can buy on lysergi that allegedly produces psilocin If so, is the high any different from shrooms?

I've tried it. I would definitely recommend over shrooms because it's significantly more potent, cheaper, goes down easier, and there's no nausea (at 30mg at least). For me there were differences that I didn't like, but only by virtue of mixing stims, once the stims wore off it felt exactly like shrooms but clearer.

I'll also vouch for 4-AcO-MET (iirc this one had stronger visual effects and a reduced headspace, but it has been a while). 4-HO-MiPT had more of a body high iirc and was less mentally taxing. Always wanted to try 5-MeO-MiPT but the order got messed up and I got shipped a benzo analogue instead. Never could find a source for DiPT. Make sure to read up erowid.org / psychonautwiki.org / tripsit.me / bluelight / etc. before dosing. And allergy / did I get fentanyl by accident testing is a good idea.

I wrote up a trip report in the last Lainzine. 4-ACO-DMT is really nice. It's my favorite psychedelic after DMT itself.

Recently ordered 4-AcO-DMT fumarate. First time with RCs. Very excited to get going with this. How much is necessary to test with Ehrlich reagent? >>2136 F

>>1984 Did ~30mg with a few friends. It's similar to mushrooms, but without the nausea and the "mushy" feeling, which I enjoy. Can't say I prefer it over its natural brother, but it's way easier to dose and much cleaner. Had severe headache for a couple hours after the trip, was unable to sleep and felt lethargic the day after. Might be because I didn't eat anything substantial, didn't drink as much as I should have and smoked a joint right after the high was coming down. Will definitely try again.

>>1984 dosage is annoying to determine unless you have lab grade scales (hint: those $20 "milligram" scales from amazon usually have a sway of 20/40mg) and 4-aco-dmt tends to produce a shorter but much more intense dmt-esque high. I personally prefer psilocybin.

I've had great times on it. My friend and I took 10mg while out skiing but ended up just playing in the woods beside a run on a really nice sunny day. Just a light, magical experience. 20mg gets you a more intense trip. It's short in duration which is nice for a psychedelic.
