define "exploding" like palpitations that won't stop? is your energy affected? maybe your breathing and throat is irritated from fumes drying out tissue and will resolve after 24hrs

did you smell it like you put the can right to your nose and took a big whiff or just a little one from a slight distance? either way brief exposure could cause alarming reactions but if you can function just teh same hours later insted of progressive loss of function i wouldnt worry. i doubt you will drop or parents will find you dead or anything. i would just keep doing soykaf till you get tired as fuarrrk the give in and sleep it off.
