Muscle Relaxer

Sipho Nkosi · 2025-10-24 06:52
I cannot relax my muscles for the life of me. Especially my upper back and neck. My massage therapist is horrified every time. What can I use to fix this? I have tried weed and liquor but they both make it worse. Along with stretching of course which, despite doing every day for months, does not help. So now I am here and I am desperate and will go to any length to get my hands on something that can help me feel normal

F phenibut, like a 150-300mg dose or something. not nearly as addictive or gross as regular phenibut which is like kicking dead whales down the beach for relaxation. Could learn2darknet and get some baclofen or related relaxants

>>19300 Why not get some ACTUAL muscle relaxants? They not only exist, some are even available on the grey market. Or just talk to your doctor. Cyclobenzaprine is one that I know off-hand. You could try buying it from a russian/indian pharm store without an RX. Alternatively, look into grey-market non-RX analogues. Don't know any off-hand. Start by scumming <link> entries and just check legal status til you find a hit. Apparently Gabapentin works, and I KNOW you can find analogues of that on the grey-market, so consider starting there. Just note that these thing can be addictive, so be careful. ... (bored searching later) ... Here, I did the job for you: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thiocolchicoside -> unscheduled, no RX required in USA See <link2> for a potential seller. Other russian/indian pharms might be better, etc. etc. <link> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muscle_relaxant <link2> https://mysalve.com/shop/thiocolchicoside#/27-dosage_form-capsules/5827-brand_manufacturer-muscomed_nobel_pharma_turkey_/5829-package_size-8_mg_20_capsules

Soma/carisoprodol ime is the best one if you can find it; one 350mg pill gave me effective muscle relaxation/pain relief that nothing else seems to match, with a manageable cannabis-esque buzz to go along with it. I could also take two (for a total of 700mg) giving a stronger high that feels almost opiate (some people compare it to quaalude, I'm not old enough to know anything about that DOE) I also tried baclofen once and it seems promising but I don't have enough experience to actually speak on it. >>19302 Cyclobenzaprine isn't my first choice personally, I have it on standby for rough nights but the combo of muscle relaxation and anticholinergic sedation (feels like a muted dph high) doesn't serve me well when I'm trying to function. It does improve the quality of my sleep though. Gabapentin and it's cousins for me are largely recreational and don't relax my muscles much, pregabalin in particular actually hurts my back, I would gladly take them for anxiety or depression but not as a pain reliever

You could have a blood test done to check your electrolyte balance and should tell a doctor about this since this does not sound normal if that bad, unless you already are diagnosed with something but it may be not something a doctor would figure out if it is simple cause outside of what doctors often look for such as your body positioning. Potassium is one likely culprit many Westerners are deficient in it and multivitamins usually lack it. How do you sleep in your bed what position and what is your pillow like? How do you sit in chairs? Do you stay same position all the time? Try to practice progressive muscle relaxation. Infrared therapy lights also you could try, just dont forget eye protection or avoid looking at it since infrared lights can cause cataracts also do not overuse it because you can cause damage using it too long. Of course also make sure you are hydrated properly.

It's probably psychosomatic... Metaphorically, try to figure out which heavy things lie on your shoulders. Those recordings may help, but be aware that the hypnosis soykaf can also do damage when done unsupervised. https://caps.byu.edu/relaxation-recordings

>>19300 I put some magnesium citrate into my instant noodles sometimes. It's cheap, safe and may work. About one eigth of a teaspoon is a good start.
