I'm very new to drugs but the ones I take most regularly are acid and shrooms. The first few times I took acid, there were lots of visual effects and it was wild but nowadays there aren't much. I took acid again (2 tabs of 130ug) after a long break of a few months and again, no visuals but it kept me active and stimulated my thoughts. What's the secret? I read on 420chan that trips can vary wildly from trip to trip even on the same source but it's been mostly the same throughout these days.

Who the fuarrrk knows. Nowadays most "LSD" is just NBOMe Always use Marquis reagant or other to test your drugs.

Reagent kits cost like $20 and you will probably never need to buy another one. Those little bottles go a long way. >>1883 Acid is indeed unstable, but not nearly as unstable as people on the internet believe. I took a tab that was at least two years old and it was fine. LSD is sensitive to sunlight, air, and heat. Just keep your tabs in a container (mason jar etc.) in a cool and dry place. It'll be fine. >>1877 I have heard of some people not experiencing visuals on LSD, but I have not heard of an experience like the one you describe. I tried AL-LAD (an LSD analogue) and experienced zero visuals, but I get plenty of pretty colors when I use LSD. It is possible that your drug themselves are the problem, but it is also possible that your brain just isn't reacting to the LSD like it did before for reasons that will probably never be understood. Hopefully it's just your drugs.

I'm going to try a combination of acid and shrooms tomorrow, is this a bad idea?

I'm always baffled of the doses people take their acid at. I heard people with ADD or ADHD have strong response to LSD. Is this a thing? For I am suspecting myself of having the former one to some degree. The first time I took it (100ug 1p-lsd, one ticket) I felt totally reborn. I understood why hippies just wanted to have peace and love and I also expanded my taste in music with 60s psychedelic rock/folk. Second time (same dose) I just laid naked in bed beaming through comic landscapes and childhood memories, while hugging my pillow and crying out of pleasure for the five hour orgasm. Note that I was actually unable to ejaculate. I tried out of curiosity, but eventually gave up, as I literally was climaxing the whole time. Again I listened to 60s music. It just fits so well to this state. For the visual part: outside tree crowns where zooming orbitals, the scenery was cubic, sliced and my sight befell a gentle gradient shift ranging from cyan over orange to pink and purple. However the real deal are the CEVs: Vivid imagery of bursting colors, like a constantly shifting three dimensional painting of things with no obvious connection, beautiful and odd landscapes, replaced by melting masks with giant hollow eyes teaching me a lesson in fear and terror, but then again happy little sprites dancing on a rocket ship or Homer Simpson on a street paved with teeth and ribbons. When I came down from my first ticket, I added some 5-meo-MIPT to the fun, resulting in more geometric hallucinations of shimmering multicolored and fairly complex mechanisms interlocking in a dim space. Though interesting, I couldn't get much insight or inspiration out of them, so I dozed off.

Slapped him around a bit, tried to open his eyes, was about to call an ambulance when a few minutes later, he gets up and saunters off to try and sleep in his bed. Unfortunately, the acid won't let him sleep so he's stuck between being seconds from falling over and being forced awake. He got better a few hours later but I've never seen him get so smacked by either acid or shrooms individually. Somehow I wasn't as crumpled as he was but it was quite the scare.

I don't know your specific circumstances but keep in mind there's no rush, you can take your time with psyconautics in fact it can help to give every experience time to stew. I heard a guy had a terrible acid trip on like 400ug where he thought his dog died in front of him, and it freaked him out for months but then he managed to overcome it, and then a little while later his dog actually died and he was able to cope because he had already had the experience. Basically whatever wierdness happens when we take psychedelics works in strange ways and often times takes time to understand.

Depending on how often you trip it might be HPPD, it might be just getting used to the effects. It's definitely pretty common to get less intense experiences after your first few times. It could also just be your brain chemistry or maybe just your mood. Acid's effects are extremely subjective. >>2120 it absolutely exists. It's just distributed differently from most drugs, you're more likely to get it from a grad student or an old hippy than a professional drug dealer. NBOMe's and DOM/DOC are really the only ones that you need to worry about being passed off as acid. ALD-25 and 1p-LSD are very similar chemically and subjectively to LSD and they're non-toxic.
