How to exit a khole?

Hi everyone so I did a line of ket yesterday which apparently was huge and I got into a khole. It completely fuarrrked up my night. I won’t be doing fat lines ever again but just in case it does happen, how does one leave the k hole ? Thank you

To get out of a k-hole you need a k-ladder but logically maybe up to 2 grams of D-serine would do something. That is the dosage used in schizophrenia studies. It is a positive allosteric modulator of the NMDA receptor.

Open eye hallucinations and feelings on K are really fuarrrked up if it isn't what you like. If you lay down and breathe and go into the feeling, your experience will be way less anxiety inducing. K hits everyone differently, so that may also be your limit. I enjoy those fuarrrked feelings of K personally

I know sometimes it can be very stimulating so that could have been it too. I can't do anything but listen to music on K or I get that uncomfortable feeling too
