Hey lainons, I was recently put on an SSRI (20mg of prozac) for moderate depression, and I was wondering how this will affect my experience with different psychs. I've read a bunch of studies and threads on nexus, and it seems like most people say that LSD, shrooms, and DMT will all have their effects reduced by the SSRI since they all bind to serotonin receptors like 5HT-2A.
I was just curious if any lainons had personal experience that they might be able to lend, as I really don't want to give up psychs but it would be foolish to give up SSRIs just so I could trip (I've only been taking them for a couple weeks, so it's still working itself into my system). For a lower dose like 20mg, am I really going to notice a huge difference in my trips? Also, for people who take psychs and are on SSRIs, how much more do you take to get the same effect as a normal dose (i.e., how many tabs "equals" a 100ug tab?)
