As far as I have read you won't feel any euphoria or intense feeling of focus that you would get with akphetamines but you might get that constant in depth focus you have whenever you are into something and you won't get mental fatigue.
But I think that modafinil and its sister drugs are overpriced for effects you get. I would rather microdose amphetamine or methamphetamine than do modafinil.

Make sure you remember to hydrate and eat. You may not notice you're not but you'll feel a lot better if you do.
