Does anyone here use Swedish Snus? What brands or flavors do you like? Friend of mine recommended to it me as an alternative harm reduction to smoking. Haven't had a cigarette since January after I switched to Snus. Unfortunately, many American brand Snus (ie. Marlboro or Camel) just sustain cigarette addiction and are not made in the same standards as Swedish Snus. So the only Swedish brand available to me at local gas stations is General.

I'm enjoying General G.4 at the moment. I would suggest ordering online as there is much more variety. Even if customs nabs you, importing may be cheaper than gas station snus.

Yeah, I've considered ordering in bulk to combat the crazy shipping prices. Currently my store only carries General Wintergreen, Mint, White, and Original. Been enjoying Mint a lot. It's my daily snus.

I love snus but you can't buy it in the EU except sweden (thanks, Brussels!). However, you can buy dipping tobacco where I live, so If you guys could recommend me some tutorial on how to make DIY snus I would really appreciate it.

I actually started doing snus when I was trying to quit. I loved it. It was a completely different feeling from smoking tobacco. The rush was intense at first but I got used to it.
There are only limited varieties of snus around here, all being General brand. I've always disliked menthol mint flavor so I hate any of those flavors. For me, The originals are the best. The Whites are OK and last longer but the originals are much stronger and better.
It's strange that you can't get it in EU. It is known to be healthier than smoking and chew. In fact I started using snus because there are no known health risks associated with it.
Also, if you want to try a weird tobacco product try snuff. It is cheap and an interesting way to consume tobacco. Just watch a video on how to do it first since most people fuarrrk up their first time attempting to put powdered tobacco in their nose.

If I ever get the chance I'll try snus. Unfortunately it's not available where I am in the EU. I'd also be interested in DIY snus.
I am soon going to be trying snuff though as that is readily available and I'm looking for an alternative to smoking. I don't want to hijack the thread but does anyone have any snuff preferences?
