I'm not even into drugs but I wish more image boards were made like this instead of jschan/lynxchan soykaf or generic unconfigured vichan clones. Why can't someone just start up an openib fork to bring back 8chan?

it seems like an opportunistic product of someone's personal feud with Kirtaner. while he does seem narcissistic, or perhaps just overdramatic I'd like it if you could maybe reflect on why you might feel a need to recruit people off so many other imageboards, reddit, etc to grow the site's community. most "personal feuds" with site administrator tend to have a wildly different explanation for why things aren't going your way than you think, concerning several people whomst you don't know, who all have feelings just as meaningful and complex about things as you do. if your issue isn't something this superficial, have you considered that your problem with is administration in general? or at the very least administration you're not a part of. I hope you don't take this personally, but it's inevitable you make a sequence of embarrassing mistakes that people will gossip about, and with time get to experience either your own faction of slighted nobodies, or maybe even more clouted personae who through some addressable imperfection of their own feel that your existence is an aberration. after all, nobody is perfect. regardless, if you're trying to gather people for a New Community, maybe consider that userbases aren't cattle to be herded towards one project or another - all you're really doing is attempting to become the thing you have a problem with, as if your own participation somehow made things so special. anyway if you seriously want people to use your site consider getting different banners. I'm not getting high with this creepy fuarrrk.

I'm a nobody from leftypol who submitted a ton of banners, the favicon, the updated background and went onto promote the site onto other platforms - because it's fuarrrking empty and all of the users of the previous site have moved on. Whatever 420chan will come back as will not be like it used to be. Nobody liked Kirtander and his girlfriend when 420chan was around, it was just a silent rule to not bring them up to avoid upsetting them and getting derezzed.

I checked and Raiding.Site which is what you get if you go plain http is registered same as Stonerchan so it probably is same person. Stonerchan is fully anonomized but the other site is registered from Iceland so i dont think they got in trouble with any legal problems. Iceland has the best internet policies in the world to my recall. Must be something they self hosted and just their server went down maybe?
