If I want to go on an international flight to a place where weed may not be legal, but I wanna take my vape or pipe or whatever paraphernalia.
Would it be safe just to clean it thoroughly with iso and take it with me?
Or should I maybe mail it after me?

standard policy is to stick it up your ass. If anyone asks what it is tell them you have no idea how it got there must have been hidden in something you ate. Worst that happens is they confiscate it, but more likely you get into the air and can immediately light up.

Also, if you're gonna go down the 'something I ate' route, it pays to think it through. I once did this and provided a receipt from a restaurant I had eaten at the day before. Unfortunately it was my friend's dad's restaurant, and my friend still hasn't forgiven me even though his dad has been out of prison for three years.
