Have any of you used benadryl?

What information do you have about safe doses or experiences? or anything related

>>14628 Deliriants are not safe, nor do they pose much benefit to those who use them. The only time I have ever heard of any type of deliriant doing anything even remotely good for anyone is when nightshade plants have been used historically as medicines either by shamans or by doctors. DPH is best used as an anti-hystamine or as a sedative in low doses, anything else is simply hitting yourself over the head with a hammer and calling feeling fuarrrked up after a good thing.

>>14628 I used to take strong doses of DPH (sometines 400mg+) in combination with other OTC sleeping pills in attempts to counter insomnia. I thought I was having insomnia-induced mild psychosis until I found out DPH was a deliriant. The experiences themselves were unpleasant although I have some fond memories. Do you remember when you were a child and you'd lie in bed in the dark and see a shadowy monster in the corner of the room? You'd get scared and the longer you looked at it, the more defined and scary the monster got? But then you or your parents would turn the light on and you'd realize the monster was just the silhouette of a pile of clothes or a shirt hanging over a chair or something? DPH is sort of like that.

Dont just say Benadryl. That has different drugs in it depending on where you live. Diphenhydramine is what I will post on. > DPHM overdose is associated with a significant increase in heart rate and a significant but moderate QTc prolongation. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0002914997006346 >A robust association between some classes of anticholinergic drugs and future dementia incidence was observed. >This could be caused by a class specific effect, or by drugs being used for very early symptoms of dementia. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5915701/ > The retrospective and prospective studies included 232 and 50 patients with DPHM monointoxications, respectively. >In both studies, mild symptoms (somnolence, anticholinergic signs, tachycardia, nausea/vomiting) occurred in 55-64%, moderate symptoms (isolated and spontaneously resolving agitation, confusion, hallucinations and ECG disturbances) in 22-27% and severe symptoms (delirium/psychosis, seizures, coma) in 14-18% of patients. >Moderate symptoms occurred above ingested doses of 0.3 g DPHM. >For severe symptoms the critical dose limit was 1.0 g DPHM. >Although the frequency of delirium/psychosis remained constant or even decreased, coma and seizures were significantly (p<0.05) more frequent in the over 1.5-g compared with the 1.0-to 1.5-g-dose group. https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1191/096032700671040438

Don't fuarrrking take tropane alcaloids unless you're a dedicated psychonaut who considers every trip, including bad ones, as worthy experinces, so basically a schizo. Consuming enough of a tropane alcaloid to get "high" will make you get covered in spiders while your awareness of immediate surroundinds gets scrambled, with you having an unpleasant body experience and no ability to make rational decisions for at least hours, if not days, depending on what ezactly you took and how much of it. It's not anything pleasant or fun, at most it's mildly interesting to read second-hand on Erowid archives.

It's cool just to see true fabrication hallucinations. You'll sit there talking to your childhood friend for 15 minutes then suddenly realize you're in a room alone. It's like a sneak peek into what living with dementia is like. Definitely worth doing a few times to expand your life experience... and you don't have to worry about addiction because it's so goddamn unpleasant. Worth like 5 solid trips and you'll be good for life.

>>14628 i would consider a safe dose to be 1-2 tablets, you can expect to feel moderately drowsy, and you should experience some relief from any allergies you may be suffering from.
Acid Burn · 2023-12-27 04:36
>>14628 >doses use erowid or psychonautwiki, e.g: https://psychonautwiki.org/wiki/Diphenhydramine I rec. starting with ~200mgs, old time del'ers used to take this much and then jerk it for hours (sounds weird but it works) If you can deal with all the soykafty feelings at that dose once or twice, you can try for a more proper dph exp at ~400-500mgs. Personally though I strongly recommend doing a dxm / dph mixer instead, much more interesting IMO. For that, try like 200/200 - 300/300 mgs of each (the shaman combo, do not expect to be able to move more than a few feet, you just lie there "dreaming" except the dreams feel 100% real and then you suddenly snap into reality for a minute or so, grab some air, and fall back into the abyss- very neat). also IIRC long term DPH abuse is very, VERY bad for you, so don't do it more than a couple times p.s: short term abuse is also pretty bad for you

After a few high dose deliriant experiences I have concluded the entire drug type only has malicious high dose applications. You need to rob someone blind, turn them into zombie slave or need a berserker kamikaze shock troop, I have concluded after high dose Amanita it could have absolutely been used for that I bet 1000 dollars they were victims manipulated in a drugged stupor. No positive benefit to the person experiencing it.

>>14645 This, hifh dose amanita turned me into a demented 90 year old. I spent 2 fuarrrking hours trying to smoke a cig be ause I kept forgetting each second like where I put my lighter then I lose my cig rinse and repeat for hours lol

>>14643 Also works good for dampining excess choline in your nervous system. There's a lot of hidden effects of having too much choline from drug use or eating lots of eggs
