Shit speed or something else?

Got a few grams of dry amphetamine powder, advertised to be high purity. The powder itself looks very clean and white with a very very mild smell. I snorted a few lines and its gentle on the nose but the effects aren't really strong, I just have a calm and clear mind. Compared to the smelly moist rocky speed which hit like a truck with even with tolerance, I was expecting this to be crazier, I feel a "high"with this new stuff but its extremely smooth, even my heart rate isn't going mental, I'm not really complaining but I am curious if this cut to soykaf with cornstarch or something. >p.s I do have ADHD and tolerance though.

Your descriptions matches what amphetamines are like for me. The "smelly moist rocky speed" contains methamphetamine so it hits harder, faster, has more of a dopamine rush, makes the mind more scattered. In my country it is exactly like this too. Many people think they are taking amphetamine but they are taking methamphetamine; they get disappointed when they get what they actually asked for, so dealers learn that they have to give methamphetamine to people when they ask for amphetamine

IIRC meth is also easier to make than traditional amphetamine and delivers more bang for buck The "smelly moist rocky speed" i'm talking about, Its still a white powder but the consistancy is different to this pure batch, it has small clumps/pebbles that break down into powder when you crush them. I may have exaggerated a little bit when I said it stinks, it definitely does have a chemical odour though I tried actual crystal meth before and didn't like it, even at reasonable doses I could only focus for an hour then after that I did stupid soykaf like fapping binges for hours, taking random showers on impulse and cleaning the house. The hangovers and comedowns were terrible. I still suspect this pure batch is cut with something because I feel its way too weak, it even makes me kinda mellow and relaxed at first. The other possibility is I fuarrrked my tolerance by unknowlingly doing speed batches with meth this whole time and now the pure original stuff is mild. There was a time a few years ago where I ran into a really good speed batch, it was a white and fluffy powder that smelled faintly of flowers and that stuff had a nice kick but back then I was still noob with amphetamines/stims in general so my tolerance was non-existant. >>14393 >>14406 It's more likely that the "smelly moist rocky speed" is cut with adrenergic sympathetic agents, like caffeine, nasal decongestants, lidocaine, and all kinds of other soykaf that makes it hit "like a truck" (like a dirty soykafty truck). I know a person who tried to sell totally pure amphetamine powder (lab tested) and people didn't want it because they expected the "truck hit", aka sympathetic effects, like heart beating like crazy, needing to pee, tingling body, restlessness, etc. The best you can do if you crave the soykafty truck effect, is to drink a strong coffee or 2 and snort your line on top (or buy caffine powder and mix in with your amph powder). The smell is usually caused by remaining amphetamine freebase, which is there because a lack of washing and recrystallisation, which makes the neutralisation the last step of the synth, in which the cooks make ratios so that there's more amph freebase than sulfuric acid, to avoid accidentally having sulfuric acid traces in the product, which would hurt the nose horribly. since they measure with large tolerances and they work with untitrated chemicals, they have to make the ratio with a high tolerance too, so "lots" of freebase remains in the product, causing a strong smell.

There are plenty of other stimulants your current batch, or prior batches, could be. There is no way anyone can reliably determine what drugs you have. Do a set of reagent tests and/or mail a bit of it into a lab.

I’m probably a speed junkie at this point, don’t even get high or feel the rush anymore from reasonable doses (50 to 100mg) but it keeps me sharp and functional which is just what I need right now, University semester is almost over and exams are coming up very soon. Anyway, something strange happened with my brain, it’s like the phet kicked my neurotransmitters back into the correct balance, a week ago I took a break from it for a few days then took a smaller dose than normally (35mg) after it wore off I was expecting to feel like killing myself as usual but this time its like my depression I had for a few years vanished completely, i’m not manic or anything but my mind has stabilised, no more negative thoughts or hopelessness even being sober, its been like this for a few days now. Very similar to the antidepressant effect of ketamine but that only lasted for about 2 days. >btw I now suspect that the odorless pure sulphate was cut with some L-theanine, I remembered I heard of it being used as a cutting agent, explains the slight salty MSG-like taste and the smoothness of the effects. When this speed wears off, I feel no hangover or headache and its as if I popped a valium but I didn’t. instantly feel very relaxed, mellow and sleepy

Even though, you are probably aware of this, but this is nothing but guessing. As the Lainon above said, best is to send it into a lab for testing. If you are really interested... and why wouldn't you, you just realized you are a worthy person and as such, your health is precious too.
