I'm looking for an alternate Adderall subsitute during the shortage.

Okay, i've been an Adderall user for many years (taking one pill per day formally for every year) and i noticed the shortage of adderall is getting worse so i need an alternative substitute for it. I've heard about L-Theamine as it was a natural Adderall comes from Green Tea leaves. So any suggestions or recommendations lainanons? I'm kinda in a pickle here and yeah taking artificial Adderall (pure soykaf i know) once per other day is like kicking dead whales down the beach during the shortage since i lose motivation, focus and increased willingness to eat other things as well as other nasty withdraw effects.

I think l-tyrosine is good for stimulant withdrawal (dopamine precursor) but yeah I hope adderall doesn't become the next oxy in terms of rx stuff that becomes impossible to get.

>>12843 When I was too poor to get an Adderall script I used to import modafinil from sketchy Indian pharmacies. It works well, and isn't a stimulant. I'd describe it as diet Adderall. Definitely not stimmy, but keeps you awake and makes focusing slightly easier.

Theanine may be nice but I wouldn't describe it as natural Adderall. People call it an anxiolytic - if that is contributing to lack of motivation then it might help. It also helps you take more caffeine without getting as jittery. The working man's adderall of 300mg energy drinks and nicotine is the most convenient option. Unfortunately there is no exact replacement. As we should all know the closest thing chemically is meth, which if you buy "pressed adderall" pills on the street, they will most likely contain a few mg of meth which is at least 10 times lower than the typical recreational dose. Phenylpiracetam is the closest nootropic I've ever used to adderall. Very rapid tolerance so you can only use a couple times per week. China shut it down and it's been years since it's been available, but science.bio is starting it back up. >>12849 Yes, this is a decent option - I have been getting emails from sharkmood which seems legit

Propylhexadrine, Most commonly sold under the name Benzedrex, Is an amphetamine that is sold over the counter. Be careful, it is apparently worse for you than methamphetamine. For people that trip on this they recommend three months between dosages https://www.reddit.com/r/Benzedrex/comments/dfay08/propylhexedrine_harm_reduction_20/

I'm thinking modafanil, phenylpiracetam or bromantane.

>>12867 My bad. Didnt elaborate. Bromantane inhibits the reuptake of dopamine, while also increasing levels of norepinephrine so it would in theory have some similar effects. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/7580761/ https://www.researchgate.net/publication/12553628_The_effect_of_bromantane_on_the_cardiovascular_and_sympathetic-adrenal_systems_in_animals Phenylpiracetam also inhibits dopamine reuptake. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32279140/ Modafinil while it's primary action probably isn't just this but it also inhibits dopamine reuptake and there are some studies with it being used on people with ADHD with some success. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34399438/ https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16623645/
