Crushing Concerta

I have 36mg concerta pills. Would snorting 72mgs hurt my body? Do any of you have experience with this type of stuff? Also if I crush it into dust will the protective layer matter or should I take it out before crushing the insides?

In my experience you can't really tweak off methylphenidate in the same way you can with amphetamine. If you take too much the negative side effects will take over and you'll have a bad day where as with amphetamine as long as you stay cool and hydrated you'll feel like a god. It's similar to taking too much caffeine but way worse. I took 60mg of extended release ritalin and had a horrible day. Chest tightness and mad levels of anxiety for 12 hours straight, and I had a tolerance to stims already. Also, snorting stims is generally a waste, oral bioavailability is already very high and you can make it higher by taking it on an empty stomach with an antacid like baking soda or tums. You get a short ~30min rush in the beginning and then it's the same as taking it orally but it lasts half as long and the comedown is significantly worse. 36mg is already a high dose I would cut one in half for your first time and see how that goes. Snorting 72mg is a terrible idea.

I and many others have tweaked plenty on methylphenidate and enjoyed it. There is a lot of people who prefer amphetamine though.

Snorting in general is a bad idea unless its pure cocaine, good luck finding pure coke though

It won't do any real damage to you, but you probably won't enjoy it that much. I've tried snorting 4 concerta pills over an hour and I definitely had a better overall experience eating 2 benzedrex cottons over an hour (with tums).

>>12693 not sure about concerta but you can boof focalin for a quicker onset and somewhat of a rushing feeling, you may want to try it. you have to pulverize them though so idk how the plastic time release coating would work. if boofing works then snorting should work as well since its about muscosa membrane absorbtion
