Opium

I want to try opium for cultural and family reasons but I've never tried anything like it before and have no interest in other drugs. What are the best resources and information out there? What are some myths about opium? What do I need to know?

I've heard smoking it and shooting it are completely different, and that smoking it rarely results in addiction unless you're the type of person to get addicted to everything anyway. Just know that not being acclimate to drugs, after trying it, you might desire to intensify the high. Ignore that desire if it arises and continue enjoying it like a mature adult. You won't have any problems.

was addicted to poppy tea myself for a decade. opium in any form is basically morphine and codeine plus misc alkies. what you want to know about it is about its alkaloids.

Is it possible to get high off paregoric? I mean, it's opium, but I have no idea about dosage.

I'm in Laos and I absolutely plan to try some before I leave. Which will be in a hurry because of how bad the air pollution is.

Does anybody even sell opium nowadays? I also want to try it but I feel like I would need to make it because of how obscure this drug is. I've never heard of anybody selling it, even on DNMs I've never seen anybody sell opium. How would you go about making it? As far as I know pure opium is just dried latex from opium poppy but I've seen people boiling it and I don't really know for what purpose. Is boiling it a way to purify it from the unnecessary alkaloids and get pure morphine or make heroin out of it?

A round of OTC cocodamol pills would achieve the same effect at a fraction of the cost.

What's the difference between poppy tea and opium?
