Current Drug Routine
sapodesoyjak · 2023-01-04 07:57
Post your drug routine, your drug habits or your thoughts on drug routines.
Currently I'm taking Escitalopram 30 mg with Elvanse (Lisdexamfetamine) 30 mg after breakfast.
I can work, read literature and write - as well as, be somewhat social - all day long, without any caffeine at all.
When I need to sleep, I take Clonazepam 1mg, and usually after 15 minutes I crash. I fall asleep better watching some kind of media.
Lost the habit of using social media altogether, spending less then 30 minutes per day on my phone.
Lost the habit of smoking weed, haven't touch for a month, no cravings.
Cocaine free for almost 2 months.
Been acquiring a taste for wine, specially red wine. Lost the habit of vodka redbull altogether.
Is (psychotherapy) really the answer /drug/? I still despise routines and would rather take drugs at my will, sporadically, but I'm feeling so much better?

Is Escitalopram worth it for anxiety control? I quit doing all other drugs, work out regularly, don't have social media etc. but still have problems with anxiety + depression and have trouble focusing a lot of the time.
CBD oil helps a bit but not much
Been considering asking the doctor for meds of some description, they gave me it years ago but it was like 5mg a day and I hadn't done any other improvements yet.

To be honest, in my own anedoctal evidence, it definitely helps managing mood swings, anxiety and stress.
Before I started getting medicated with stimulants, I only took Escitalopram - and I can recall thinking to myself at the end of a finals week - "wow, it didn't even hurt." (before psychotherapy, by the end of a finals week, I would be oversleeping, over-indulging on alcohol and pleasure).
Take this example - usually *during* finals week I'd be moody, stressed, anxious - after Escitalopram I simply do not worry.
Reading classical literature, specially stoicism also helped me control my racing thoughts.

Currently 30mg Lisdexamfetamine
Protein shake with cocoa instead of coffee cause since a bad acid trip coffee now causes intense vasoconstriction and my extremities to freeze.
Cytisine vape & vitamin D around 11:00-13:00
Tryptophan magnesium and cannabis at night for that dreamless sleep.
Cytisine because fuarrrk nicotine, instead of 2-3 hours this lasts 6-9 hours, it's less euphoric but more functional and had killed the residual nicotine cravings I've had since I quit 2.5 years ago.
Vitamin D cause it tastes like candy
I miss the insulated feeling that sertraline gave me, I miss the juggling of tasks and functional ADHD I had with caffeine.

This all implies you have a shrink willing to give you anything at all. It disgusts me that to do anything to make yourself feel better in this awful world you have to go through some stupid jaded shrink who doesn't understand a thing about what it means to be human. With my history, I would be lucky to get fuarrrking zoloft. My current plan is to get tapped back into the darknet and get some sort of speed analogue. The day that becomes impossible is the day I will consider humanity truly dead.

sad to hear that your country doesn't consider access to medication a fundamental, human right. clonazepam costs one euro here, and it's really easy to get a prescription.
If I were you, I'd study psychotherapy and tap into the darknet (in minecraft of course) to acquire the medication you need.
Medication, in my opinion, can be the missing piece in solving the mental issues puzzle.

>Cytisine vape
Where do I acquire this? Do you buy Cytisine and mix it in your cape yourself?

Lately its been coffee and green tea in the mornings and early afternoons, smoking a little weed, and a drink or two at night.
Ordinarily the only things I have daily are coffee and green tea though.
Agent Richard Gill · 2023-01-17 15:21
coffee during the day to get soykaf done (don't even like stimulants, just do them for purely work related reasons) then by the afternoon I'm drinking hard liquor and to finish off the day I take some kratom, chamomile tea, or ambien to help put my ass to sleep.
once a month or so I will have a day where I just do hard opiates/opioids because feels good man.

Literally nothing is a "human right," rights do not exist
sapodesoyjak · 2023-01-17 19:35

Just because all rights are a social constructs, doesn't mean that we can't make a difference between rights that are created based on a pre-existing natural condition and oblige inaction to protect it, and ones that are made up through actively regulating action.
The rights to life, liberty, and property, are natural rights because they are also negative rights. What they protect exists by default, until someone actively takes them away.
These are natural rights, not because the rights themselves existed as rights before they agreed about them, but because their subject matters have existed passively.
Human rights are not natural rights. Human rights exist upon a social construct, that's true. It is generally agreed that natural rights are claims that human beings hold against all other agents simply in virtue of being human. In contrast, human rights are claims that human beings hold only against agents exercising sovereign authority over them.
In a socialist european country, where I live, access to medication derives from the constitutional right to healthcare, hence they're protected from free market and are cheap.

My country has been working the past few years to try and become more dystopic and it's working to be honest. But I don't think your comment was meant for me.

Using a dynavap and mostly before I go to bed/rarely in the day, to be honest I miss being able to use it in the day more. And using a CBD vape at other points when I need better focus/less anxiety.

I initially bought cytisine pills for quitting smoking from that South American tropical rain forest website, but to make the vape juice; I purchased the powder from AliExpress, 100g is enough for a long time and cost ~£20
I have been enjoying tea for my little bit of caffeine the past few days as well
