Drugs to lose weight

I give up, I spent 2 years trying to lose weight but I lack the discipline and the willpower to do it. I need something that can help me. I am 19 years old, I weight 280lbs, I don't smoke, don't drink, I need a legal or easy to find drug that can help me loose weight and stop eating so much. I try to sleep 8 hours every day and still it is hard to me to go hiking at 3pm so I loose some weight after college. Thank you.

ever heard of DNP ? burns fat by reducing process efficiency and raising body temp. Do be careful with it because it can just kill you. alternatively just quit eating fatass

>>11668 I read this article a while back, and saw a bunch of people on Reddit anecdotally confirming its conclusions: https://www.worksinprogress.co/issue/the-future-of-weight-loss/ The short version being that a new-ish drug called Semaglutide can directly make you not hungry all the time, has comparable effectiveness to stomach stapling, and relatively mild side effects. Main downsides being it is expensive, hard to get insurance to cover, and normally not prescribed yet except by obesity specialist doctors. Do your own research of course, I don't have personal experience with this drug and weight loss drugs have a history of being scams. This would be a very elaborate scam though and kind of doesn't seem like it.

>eat 0.8 grams protein per kilogram weight you could use protein powder with meals you normally arent having enough protein >cut back sugar mainly white processed sugar and high fructose corn syrup at least >dont use zero calorie sweeteners they mess up your gut environment >eat probiotic foods such as sauerkraut, yoghurt, kefir, sour pickles, kimchi, natto..etc or at least take a probiotic pill daily >take psyllium husk (Metamucil) in water to get enough fibre daily >use olive oil or avocado oil or coconut oil for cooking or use ghee instead of normal butter >calculate your daily caloric needs for weight age and activity level then do not exceed a 500 calorie deficit per day below that but dont eat less than your RMR but adjust as necessary since caloric labelling is always off >stay well hydrated with water >drink green tea >eat ginger >don't eat as part of multi tasking use mindful meditation for eating Surely you can do some of these with no effort. A lot of this is about changing up the composition of what you eat which will alter how full you feel and thus how much you eat in calories. Others is metabolism building.
