I'll try to keep this organized and brief.
About me:
I have had anxiety for as long as I remember. It's not severe but it's affecting my life. I have tried everything except drugs. I know the side effects of irresponsible use/abuse of these drugs.
Goal:
Obtain anxiolytics from the benzodiazepine class/group/family from a psychiatrist. Since they seem to be the most effective.
Plan:
Exaggerate my anxiety, talk about panic attacks which I don't have, etc.
I need advice on how to achieve my goal. I am in a big fuarrrking rush, I have a lot of things I need to do that I can't afford to screw up because of my fuarrrked up brain. I've quit substances which are considered addictive before. What I'm asking is for detailed advice on how to mimic a more severe case of this disease, how should I act around the psychiatrist, what do I say to questions they might ask, etc. Maybe someone here has experience with this kind of stuff?

Benzos are definitely effective for anxiety but they are also pretty addictive and they aren't great for your health in the long run. Also understand that benzos aren't good for recreational use either (you can just use alcohol to get similar effects). There was some talk about benzos at: >>10492

Avoid lying because if you get caught, they might stop believing you even if you have real symptoms and problems (they might start thinking that you are a junkie who wants some benzos for fun).
>what do I say to questions they might ask
You could say that you avoid going to events/stores/etc. and that you are scared of crowds (and that you avoid them). Tell them that you prepare and/or plan everything before going out even if you just go to a store or similar. Be prepared to answer anxiety test (perhaps other tests as well). If you have OCD/depression symptoms, be sure to tell about them as well (but they don't prescribe benzos just for OCD, though).
>how should I act around the psychiatrist,
Just like with a GP, but try to act like you naturally act when you are anxious.
Your doc might also give you Seroquel because some docs consider it a "wonder drug" that can be used to treat all symptoms and every mental disease. My advice is to not take Seroquel because it's very addictive in my experience and it turns you into a lobotomized zombie. I took it 100mg daily for 4 weeks and got horrible withdrawal symptoms for like 2 or 3 weeks after quiting it. If your doc recommend some additional drug for sleep or mood, ask for Mirtazapine instead or say that anxiety is your biggest problem.
t. Doc prescribed me Valium and Seroquel.
