I love learning new things but I have concentration problems, I don't take any other drugs (recently I did l-carnitine to lose weight but now I'm clean) and I'm fat.
I don't know much about drugs, what do you lainons recommend me to concentrate and study better? Also where to get them

The drugs are a false prophet. I've been in the position you've been in and ended up managing to wreck my life even more in my attempts to improve it. Anything people take due to supposed lack of side effects should be avoided due to unknowns down the road. the long term effects are often bad enough that those who initially reported to have no issues dissappear from social spaces as they become unable to function. I've taken many RCs and have had a significant impact on health that has made my problems much worse. Stay away at all costs.
I remember coming down on a fast taper from a stack of different substances I'd been taking for several months. The sweat was immense as if I was being baked alive, the pressure in my head unbelievable. I sat there with the most gut-wrenching feeling of pure dread and physical anguish I've ever had in my life second to having a bad trip on acid. I tried to drink in order to stave it off which only made things worse.
The effects for weeks afterwards were difficult. I remember sleeping for 1-2 days at a time only to get up and drink as much water as I could before passing out again.
I've suffered with eyesight and hearing problems since that you do not want to have, and have since dropped weight in a futile attempt to fix myself. The beauty of your position here is your ability to save yourself from the reality many people like me have had.
Drop the weight without taking anything and you will see an immense quality of life improvement instead of going on a suicide mission. The best part is that you can drop weight immensely while eating mostly whatever you please as long as it does not contain carbs or sugar.
I'm not trying to sell you on anything. It is very simple to drop all of the weight. Not necessarily easy, but very simple. You can weigh whatever you please within a year or so depending on how overweight you are, and I'm here to vouch because I've done this as well. If you do not already exercise there is no need to in order to loose weight, and you should not rely on exercise to do so because this will often be counterintuitive. The exercise ends up increasing appitite causing people to fail. Those who try to exercise the weight away while still eating whatever end up building decent muscle mass under the surface in the event that they've been dedicated, but due to not being able to see their progress they end up stopping.
Work smarter not harder. and research the keto diet.
It can be hard when unsatisfied with life, tired, depressed, etc. but the only thing that sets you back from being wherever you want to be is the small decisions you make during the day. That's it. The cycle of being too tired to care, only to cave over and over is the only thing that ensures you stay where you are now, and you can break through by changing the small decisions.
It's cliched, It's stupid, but It's reality.
You have the strength to best the small decisions.
I care about you because I was once like you.
Re-read this post and do not forget the lessons within.

Fix your sleep (go to bed before midnight), go outside for walks some times and stop eating junk food. Try some variation of the Pomodoro technique when you study. Write your own notes with pen and paper. Review the material at the start and end of a day.

I think these are your best bet. Instead of relying on drugs to fix your problem, try to adapt to your concentration problem.
and If you really can't concentrate on your studies, go on past studies for a bit and go back to your current ones. Sometimes I need to just stimulate my brain with something I've already learned before before continuing again.

As others have said fix your soykaf first, more sleep, way less screen time, exercise, hydration, decent food, less booze/drugs
If you still have significant problems after that it may be worth talking to a doctor about getting checked out
Biggest thing that kills concentration is lack of sleep and soykafty routines

Caffeine and l-theanine is a safe, over the counter nootropic stack. Make sure to eat well, as it will supress your appetite. Caffeine withdrawals are short lasting and minor, but can still ruin your day, so limit your intake. Take it early in the day to minimize sleep loss and, despite that many caffeine pills market themselves as sleep suppressants, do not use it as a substitute for sleep, as that will nullify the cognitive benefits and cause health and focus problems.
Only do this on rare occasions when the circumstances are demanding enough to warrant it.
As other lains have said, get enough sleep, exercise, and nutrition before trying this. If you're healthy and still have genuine issues, a doctor will have better advice and possibly prescribe you something.
What do you consider a concentration problem? I've noticed a trend of people who have normal concentration levels believing that they have less-than-normal levels because they compare themselves to falsified claims of others or to outstanding individuals.
