What drugs besides alcohol and weed can I take on the weekends that are similar to them in terms of risk? By that I mean that it won't fuarrrk me permanently if I do it 4 weekends in a row or something.
Bonus if it's not a psychedelic.

alcohol is one of the deadliest and most harmful drugs, man.
that being said, in the same vein are benzos and amphetamines (prescription ones)

I agree but come on, nothing gonna happen to you if you drink wine every weekend for even months. I'm searching for an alternative because I don't enjoy alcohol (or weed for that matter) as much as I did before.

You might have tried this one but I had some strong coffee the other day with cream in it and MAN was that a trip. Shit hits HARD. Felt like the whole world had shrunk by about 10% except me. I think I'll try it again some day.

tramadol or codeine
weak opioids in general
also amphetamine is almost healthy once a week

Same is true for pretty much every recreational drug, you're just underestimating the damage of alcohol and overestimating the damage of drugs wrongfully considered 'worse' by society.

bad advice.
OP is looking for something he can do for 4 weekends.
While 'weak opioids' can be really fun, I would not recommend a stranger on the Internet to do it 4 weekends in a row. You can definitely become addicted enough in 4 sessions to want to seek more.
At least point out the fact that it can be really addictive (specially codeine) in your post if you're gonna recommend opoids.
I did codeine once back when I was in highschool and while high I said to myself: never again. It's TOO good.
The friend I was with took another dose the next weekend, then the weekend after, then he started to take codeine in the middle of the week. He stopped quickly after but not without experiencing mild withdrawal. Not fun.
So for some people, I think 4 weekends is enough to 'get' them. They will not be physically addicted at first but they will seek more.
(Sorry I'm high af I don't know if I'm making sense here lmao)
Anyway, enough with the scary stuff; if you do end up wanting to take codeine, do it safely:
Using Codeine
Again a good dose to start using codeine at is in the 30 mg to 60 mg range. At this dosage range the adverse effects tend to be minimal, and the pleasurable effects quite noticeable.
[I have never noticed any euphoria below 100 mg, so don't give up just because two 3s don't give you a high. *However, some unfortunate individuals are allergic to codeine, and, if you have never used it before, first try a dose of around 30-60 mg and see what will happen. It is dangerous to start off in the high dose range.*]
It is usually a good idea to take the drug on an empty stomach, and if nausea is experienced or you get hungry (not likely) you can have something to eat. On an empty stomach the effects will become noticeable within 15 min depending on the dose. With higher doses the effects can begin in as little as 7 min. The effects peak at around 1 hr with the experience nearing it's end at around the 3 - 4 hr point. Again with higher doses effects may last 4 - 6 hours.
The effects will usually begin with a slight sedation, and a feeling of warmth coming over you body. Muscular relaxation is also quite noticeable. The subjective effects are quite hard to describe beyond the word euphoria. The sedation associated with codeine is quite a lot less than that experienced with morphine or other stronger opiates. A strong feeling of contentment is usually also experienced. Most people enter a phase where you become quite content and tend to lose interest in their surroundings. A heavy feeling in the limbs also becomes quite noticeable. This will peak at 1hr with the effects slowly tapering off after 2hr. Source: https://erowid.org/pharms/codeine/codeine_faq.shtml

You're absolutely talking bullshit. There's no chance that leads to physical dependence at all, even for the strongest opiate.
If you're talking about "psychological addiction" that is only about whether you're a weak-minded bitch and it can come after even one dose. If you're scared of happiness that you cant handle then you're going to have to avoid everything novel and enjoyable in life; you can get addicted to sex, gaming, whatever you want
