Does anyone have experience with Cereblolysin?
I have heard it is like the ultimate Noot but Im not sure if its all BS.
The plan is to take 5ml injections for 5 days to see what happens. I have 15 ampules but I am waiting for a week where I am less bussy than I am currently.
I'm not sure if it would be good for my mental health to try this in a busy week. Might also be the perfect time to try it though.

Please write a report, when you do it.
Sounds really interesting

maybe you end up becoming this guy.

That would be some drug if it did.
Also severly underrated movie.

in the beginning the gardener is only given noots. the guy improves a lot and then the military gives him super altered noots and with that they turn him into a semi-god. its a good film, as a child always gave it on TV but my dumb ass parents are not interested in art and they wouldn't let me see it. I saw it recently and it's a good film to be from 1992.

How much money did the 15 injections cost you with shipping home and everything?
藤原純一 · 2022-02-14 10:40
7,8-Dihydroxyflavone seems less risky to me. I wouldn't want to get some vial potentially contaminated with some brain disease or introduce risk of an autoimmune responce against your own BDNF if your body starts attacking the pig derived then after your own.

I am not very informed, but I thinks that's unlikely.
My problem is, that most reports on the drug are either neutral or praising like it's ambrosia.
I might consider taking it some time in the future.

Increasing BDNF isnt inherently good which is likely why the mixed results. I think you have to be selective when you raise BDNF.

Luckily boards on here don't move to fast, so here is an update.
I just did the first injection of 5 ml, after you get over the fear of needles it really isn't that bad.
I have a presentation at the end of this week so I think that will be a good test for its effects.
Normally I take 30 mg methylphenidate daily, so I will take it day by day if I feel I need it that day.

Thanks for the movie rec, we'll see if it is that potent.
>>10138
I got them from Rupharma.

Those risk seem a bit out there to be honest, but biology can be unpredictable. I did take immunology courses in university and it seems fine.

Any sources on that? Would be an interesting read.

Good stuff, keep us posted
There was a video on cerebrolysin on Thought Emporium a while ago but they had taken it down it appears

Every time I try a noot I see online I end up feeling like I fuarrrked my life up and fell for the SSRI meme or something. Then one day I started taking Shilajit and eliminated everything else and it's so much better. Thanks Bruce Lee
Btw how is Rupharma working these days? Did it get hit by any sanctions or naw

only thing worse that I tried was codeine, and that was obviously bad cuz opiates
ffs, phenibut shouldn't be normalized

I believe he may be referencing a study done on korean children that showed an inverse correlation between serum BDNF and intelligence
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27200107/
Would be interested in updates, as I am considering cerebrolysin as well.

I have never seen anyone have anything negative to say about it, and I would hardly expect negative comments to come from this place of all places. Would you be able to elaborate, or someone else could maybe speculate in your stead?

Not that Lain but Phenibut is highly dependency prone causing nasty potentially dangerous withdrawls if someone takes it too frequently. Ive seen someone here describe the withdrawls as worse than heroine.

Don't want to glamorize it but the worst thing for me was it takes a while to kick in so there is a instinct to take more. Piracetam+MNM+Phenibut is godly.

anon you responded to here
when I was like 19 it had major good effects on me. The issue is that I overestimated the speed of gaining tolerance. From 500mg to 3g was like a month. And going cold turkey was really fuarrrking dumb. But again, 500mg was nothing after such a small time. Ultimately I learned some other stress relief techniques that were without drugs.
Those were weird times and they needed some weird outlandish measures which is why I tried phenibut (when it was still available on ebay and people didn't know about it) but yea, tolerance increases are FAST, dependency is STRONG and when you go cold turkey your whole body fuarrrking ACHES and you are depressed as soykaf.

Mind you, I went from 500mg every 3 days to 2 or 3 grams every day REAL fuarrrkING QUICK.

Cortexin might be looking into as well. It apparently has more peptides in it than cerebrolysin, and is cheaper. There is also a peptide isolated from cortexin - pinealon - which I have been taking and while more subtle than the IM injected extracts (I have done cerebrolysin but not cortexin), I definitely get a similar feeling from it and I feel much shaper. Also pinealon can be taken indefinitely. I made a nasal spray with sterile saline solution.

I would also like to add, that this stuff will not change your life, but they can improve your mood and help you get through the day. I use noots primarily as antidepressants, which I find these neurotrophic factor peptide drugs work especially well for. Semax and selank also produce similar effects to cerebrolysin. I would still be using those but they definitely caused my hair to thin, from raising BDNF levels too much I guess, so I stopped. I have been taking pinealon for about a month now, and liked it so much I decided to also get on epitalon. I am using 100mcg of each per day, intranasally, which is the dose recommended by the official distributor of these 'khavinson peptide' drugs. I bought mine from peptidesciences. Suaway looks like a good distributor if you are in europe.

do they really make that much of a difference? most noots ive taken have had such a little effect that it was never worth the pricetag. 200 usd is a lot to drop for sum that might not do anything...
can u give us some references for how it affects u, comparatively?

if you have access to amphetamines its more cost effective, otherise the most noticable noots to me are caffeine, aniracetam, phenylpiracetam, noopept.

I am ;)
to be honest taking it was kinda underwelming, I did notice me being a bit more quicker or sharper in things but no game changer or anything.
>>11656
Thanks for the recommendation
Currently I using Cemax 0.1% nasal spray and I found it much more effective than any other noots I have tried.
It also has a slight mood boosting effect which has been great for motivation.
