Consuming non smoked cannabis

Nameless · 2017-09-28 20:04
Hi i wanted to ask what are some good ways of consuming weed or hash. Friends said you can eat it raw even, but i dont think i want to do that. Cocking it in butter and baking something with it seems recommended too. Likewise i heard taking it with yoghurt works too. I was thinking making a little salad on the weekend with some herbs to cover the flavor would do nicely. Share some tips if you got em.

Why don't you get a vaporizer?
Joe Bloggs · 2017-09-29 03:14
why not inject a marajuanas? http://herb.co/marijuana-recipes/

>>842 This, I don't do drugs but I know many people who use vaporizers and they say it's really good way.

are you asking for ideas for edibles, or do you just not want to smoke? in the first case, butter/oil extraction on a stove works fine. once you've done that you can make pretty much anything you want with it. if you want alternatives to smoking, hash oil in a vape pen is the best option.

>>848 Yeah i dont want to smoke, or eat it if avoidable. I ate some of it with a garden salad but it hardly had an effect. Next thing im gonna do is try to dissolve it in oil. Also i forgot to mention i tried to make tea of before it but to no avail.

>>860 >I ate some of it with a garden salad but it hardly had an effect. Did you eat it raw? If so, it probably didn't do soykaf because you have to decarb it before you eat it. Look up an edible recipe that uses coconut oil, then adapt the recipe to your needs and use the coconut oil in whatever food you want.

Yeah, apparently you have to bond the THC with fat, that's why everybody makes it into cannabutter before putting it in muffins, instead of just putting it in the muffins.

Yes, eat the marijuana raw, it's the healthiest way to consume it. Otherwise, if you want the less healthy way to incorporate it in your body, I recommend smoking it as it's the simplest and easiest way to get high. When you get more serious about getting high, I recommend using a vaporizer. You get the most out of the buds as 100% of it is used in some way. The weed is consumed by vaporization, the remain can be eaten, the kiff vaporized too, the resin dissolved in milk and the stems infused.

hey my guy, cooking with weed is super easy - there's just two criteria you've got to meet to make sure you get high. 1. make sure the weed is decarboxylated ("decarbed"). this process occurs when the product reaches a certain temp (like 350°F-ish), and ensures your body can process the THC. this process happens naturally with smoking or vaping, but you can just put it in the oven to decarb it, look up a guide. 2. it has to be mixed with fats! when you're cooking, make sure the herbs are mixed with something fatty, because THC is a fat soluble chemical and won't get absorbed otherwise. you can sub ANY fatty product for this, even just a peanut butter sandwich, some avocado, or chuck it in cooking oils if you're making a dish. good luck!

I eat edibles exclusively now. You are plenty of recipes online to make cannabutter or cannabis oil (eg coconut oil works well). Then you can cook plenty of things, anything that uses oil or butter, or just make oil capsules. I actually started purchasing some candy on the darknet because the quality is excellent, better than I can do, and it's easier. I hate smoking (even though i care not about health) and most importantly I by far prefer the high from edibles. I find it minimises anxiety/paranoia, is more physical, more relaxing, lasts longer, it's just better in every way >>1228 Eating it raw is stupid, your body can barely make use of it that way especially if it's not decarboxylated. Infusing it with butter or oil has a necessary chemical effect

My girlfriend is making weed lube at the moment. She says taking it up the ass works well, not sure if I'm gonna. Ingredients are coconut oil and weed, not that complex. You can even cook with the lube you don't use. wow efficiency

>>841 Sort of on topic, but I was wondering if there was a way to consume without letting out so much stink. Does cooking it in oils/fats cover the smell or are there foods that COULD cover the smell? The smell always makes me super paranoid and is always guaranteed to ruin my high, unless i'm literally outside in the middle of nowhere on a windy day.

>>1239 > desire to learn more intensifies That sounds amazing. Just in case you didn't know, that's not compatible with condoms. Nothing oil based is.

>>1240 This can also be purchased from Foria An ex and I had good results with it in the past
Jane Doe · 2018-07-30 05:17
>>1243 Cooking it with butter does not cover the smell, it still makes your place stink like soykaf. But I think it depends on the quality of the herb. In my country it's hard to find a good quality one.

Are homemade tinctures any good?
Elliot Alderson · 2018-09-08 14:41
>>2538 I haven't tried yet, but I think yes, very good, if you follow the right procedure. There is a thread on some forum about it, but you want to make a double boiler and have precise temp control, so you can make the tincture with 160 or so degree Alcohol. Then it only takes 10 minutes. But boiling, or nearly boiling alcohol can be dangerous if you don't do it right, so I'd do your research, practice a little, test your thermometer, etc.

I love edibles, but I always found it hard to get the dose I wanted. Id often either take too little or get super stoned which is fun a few times, but I dont always want to get that high... Right now the edibles I take are made from a large amount of flower and trim, which was simmered in around 2-3 liters of coconut oil. This way I have a large amount of the same edible so I dont have to figure out the dose every time. I know how react to it and get more controlled highs this way. Usually ill just eat it as is, but with coconut oil you can cook pretty much anything. Edibles are a once every now and then thing for me these days. I far prefer my vape, pic related (Venus Helios) or bong.
