Dabbling in harder drugs then quitting: permanent or reversible health effects?

Was originally going to post this on the Detox thread but realized Detox is for addiction help and my waifu is not addicted and has not developed psychological dependence. In fact, she kind of just stopped taking any harder drugs and never turned back. This is more of a general question about the health effects of harder drugs. Mods can move this elsewhere if they feel it doesn't deserve it's own thread. So, here goes: If my waifu (age 20) snorted one small line of coke once and never did it again and for the rest of her life and she only ever smokes weed or salvia, eats magic mushrooms or peyote or takes DMT or real LSD (not the soykafty research chems) and she's vegan (organic and local food) and teetotaler (no alcohol) and exercises a decent amount (cardio) and drinks a lot of water and eats all her fruits and veggies and avoids sweets and cakes, how much did that one line of cocaine damage her nasal cavity or esophagus or heart/lungs/respiratory or whatever other body parts/organs it effects? And is this damage permanent? Or will her healthy lifestyle choices repair the damage? Also she smoked a weed/tobacco joint 3 times but also is never doing that again. Only pure weed from now on. Also she vomited once from drinking too much alcohol and got really drunk another time when she took tequila shots but did not throw up. On a different weekend she drank 5 margaritas at a slow pace (one per hour and a half) and got a nice buzz. On a different weekend she had 3 mugs of rum and coke mixed with ice cream, also at a slow, comfortable, buzzed pace. There's also the first time she ever drank alcohol which was when she took 3 tequila shots and only got a bit buzzed and was scared to get drunk so she stopped. Other than those few specific times, my waifu never drank and actually still hates the taste of alcohol and is committed to teetotalism. Also, she swallowed 2 RC tabs once because she thought it was real LSD but it wasn't because it took too long to take effect for it to be real LSD so she decided to let her stomach juices take care of it rather than keeping it to dissolve in her mouth since she was scared of (and still is scared of) the effects of lab-made artificial GMO-tier research chems. Tl;DR: My waifu's dabbling with harder drugs is only those few times I listed. My waifu's never doing harder drugs again (including alcohol) for the rest of her life. She will only smoke weed and take organic, natural plant-based hallucinogens like magic mushrooms, peyote, DMT, salvia and LSD. Also she follows a monk-tier vegan ascetic, healthy lifestyle with lots of walking, swimming and organic plant-based cooking with lots of spices and chilies. Realistically, how much did her previous dabbling in harder drugs damage her body and mind (brain and neurons)? Is the damage completely reversible eventually through her lifestyle or is some of the damage permanent and beyond the scope of her body's internal healing properties? If the damage was permanent, how much did her previous dabbling in harder drugs reduce her lifespan? By minutes? Hours? Days? Weeks? Thread Theme: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O237jkoxbXg

>>738 >Realistically, how much did her previous dabbling in harder drugs damage her body and mind (brain and neurons)? basically none the body is much tougher than you make it out to be and your environment matters much much more than a few drinks and a couple lines of blow every now and then the way people fuarrrk up their bodies is by taking high doses of the same drugs every day for years

the drugs you listed, psychedelics, have among the lowest physical effects in of any psychoactive drugs. You can definitely fuarrrk up your brain by doing to much though. Moderation is key; if you feel yourself slipping, lay off for a few weeks.

>>740 >the drugs you listed, psychedelics OP also specifically mentions cocaine, alcohol (tequila, rum and coke, margaritas), weed/tobacco mix joints (spliffs) and research chem (RC) tabs.

dude you will be fine. people recover from multi year all-day-every-day IV drug habits and the actual damage (from the drugs themselves, not drug induced problems like hiv/destroyed veins) goes away fairly quickly.
