Never done heroin before. How much HEROIN is enough for a beginner? How much will guarantee that I never wake up again?

Fentanyl is being cut into heroin most of the time these days because it makes more money for dealers and gives a higher high, its an elephant tranquilizer that causes your chest to harden and you suffer death by suffocation, You should probably just not do it tbh but that's just my opinion. Heroin is way too easy to get hooked on, even if you're careful, and if you do get hooked it destroys your fuarrking life.

Fentanyl is an opiod analgesic. They prescribe it to people quite often. I used to smoke pieces of gel that I removed from fentanyl transdermal patches. OP: I maintained a job, a loving family and a girlfriend for 3 years with a half-g a day dope habit. It got to the point where I was doing it just to stay well and got no joy out of it. It's such a fuarrrking waste. I have shot over a hundred thousand bucks into my arm. Just buy some LSD and trip a few times. That actually has some therapeutic effect.

>>669 You need to rethink this. it sounds like you've never used IV and there's a high likelihood you will fuarrrk it up if you've never actually shot dope, it's not hard but there is a technique to it, and even if you've IV'd other substances you still have to get your ratio right. The image you may have of painlessly drifting into the void could go horribly wrong very fast. I don't advocate ending your own life anyway, there are many options to exhaust before throwing in the towel. Do you need to talk?
