My preferred ritual of taking pure MDMA is eating a roughly 2mg/kg dose orally then once I peak on that dose, a 1mg/kg dose is insufflated, then when that peaks I redose in the same manner. Take a vitamin C and vitamin E supplement before taking MDMA and after the effects wear off to stop formation of free radicals and prevent oxidative stress incase you're unaware. Piracetam helps too.
