Random mushrooms

Hey /drg/, a friend found some dried mushrooms on the side of the road. She said they're kind of smushed, and look like they belonged to someone. Any advice on how she could ID them? Attached is the picture she sent me.

Is extremely hard to ID mushrooms that long after they were picked. I would just throw them away

Was the hot sauce packet along with them? You should go back and look for a cache of verde sauce.

look dude Those are either lepiota shrooms (which will kill you) or shaggy parasols. They will not make you high. and besides. They look nothing like magic shrooms. You and your friend need to be more careful before you accidentally kill yourselves.

(or it's Matsuke, which actually would explain why it was in a baggie. prized mushrooms right there)
