Has anyone here ever smoked salvia? How is it like? Is it harmful?

There wasn't a lot of fun to be had and for me it was very cut and dry. >How is it like? My one experience (10x extract) felt like my consciousness shot out of my throat as soon as it hit me and was trans-morphed into some sort of paraplegic schizo. Things were changing around me so fast that it was hard to find a comfort spot and I hardly had any control over my limbs to do anything about it. The hallucinations were nothing too 'out there' and felt like a shitty low-dose mescaline peak. >Is it harmful? Mind-altering substances by and large are. There's not a lot of research on salvia to chart out risk potential, but it reads on the safer side of the spectrum. Wikipedia brings up some mental health benefits but methinks that might just be the editor being slanted.

One of the harshest smokes there is, but well worth it. You also should use something hotter than a normal lighter. Bizarre reverse tolerance - You become more sensitive the more you do it. Fully fledged insane out of body egoless electric space dirt psychedelia - Like nothing else I've ever done. That it only lasts for a few minutes is rather interesting. But don't let that fool you - Those minutes can literally be an eternity. For my waifu, every trip has culminated in some sort of glorious and beautiful cosmic joke being revealed. It's pretty hard core and can be terrifying, but there's this innocence and jovialness in it. The afterglow is wonderful. Highly recommend doing it at least once or twice - It's really not something you'd want to do much more than that anyway.
