However, she is interested in trying adderral but I convinced her to go OTC because she is too inexperienced otherwise. What are some good adderral alternatives that are OTC. She wants to use it to increase focus for studying mostly

Caffeine or modafinil are probably your best options. If you are going to take caffeine, please take L-Theanine with it to prevent tolerance build up. Read pdf related for more info
