Git Gud in Data Structures

Currently working in Testing , I have started studying Data Structures. I need some tips on how to get in Data Structures

Data structures are how you structure the data. idk i'm not a programmer.

>>32510 There's a 5 hour or so course on them by freecodecamp on youtube along with asymptotic analysis. You don't really need to use a book to understand the vast majority of them. I suggest you implement them all, find out where they're used (i.e. the callstack, so on...). After you've implemented them all maybe grind leetcode a bit since you already have a job and get into a better company. Try to think of everything you do from now on as an exercise to find the most efficient algorithm. Of course, in some places you might want to just filter instead of mutating in-place because that's weird as fuarrrk, but say you have to use Array.prototype.find repeatedly, maybe sort and use binary search instead. One of the biggest problems is that in real development you'll almost always use only arrays, sets or hashmaps, so leetcode or interesting portfolio projects are the only way to get good at these.
