Want to make a personal site, but in this style. Ideally it would be using a static site gen like jekyll or hugo or whatever.
Anyone have any inspo or similar themes to this?

I'm moving my personal blog from Wordpress to Hugo. There's a little bit of a learning curve but once you get started it's simple - HTML + CSS is just tedious for me these days so progress is slow. The theme you posted is dead simple - you're looking at maybe 100-200 lines CSS and a handful of html templates. You could do it in a few evenings. Check out the Hugo docs, it's very well done and has video tutorials.

Check out my site https://anons.wiki/
It is an anonymous wiki which has similar "theme". It is all text-only and monospace font.

I thought that domain was controlled by some kind of wiki group similar to wikia. When the new domains launched I found no way to grab one.

For a simple site there's this script that will build a website from markdown files, it's much simpler than using jekyll.
