It told me the install was successful, I don't see an index file tho. Not sure how to run this Are you sure that true is spelled correctly, in all lowercase?

It's not a bug. Your software doesn't have that feature. You can either make it impossible for non-mods to post at all by changing the config file or you can let everyone post. >>10918 Then only mods would be able to post.
