Help recover account

My girflriend fell for a phishing scam and lost her instagram :(. I tried to help her recover it, but unfortunately she didn't have access to her email either... She was really saddened. I think my best bet is to try to phish the scammer on her account, because when I spoke to them from mine, they didn't seem to smart. I was able to get their phone numbers, names, and rough estimates of location. My question to you is whether you know any good templates for an instagram phishing scam (css + html + js), that would look convincing on both phone and computer (don't know what they are using, but earlier they clicked on a link I sent them to my website and it said in the metadata they on their phone, so :/). I know all the theory, don't worry - setting up a website, obfuscating urls with @, etc. etc. Just need a good convincing look. Thank you so much

How do you know how to create a website that tracks user data, but not know how to create a responsive web page? Okay, perhaps you don't know how to do web design, but how do you not know where to find templates that could most definitely answer your question before coming here? I already found a couple of good ones just after a few seconds of searching. I would send them, but I think you searching on your own would be good for you, or hopefully some other Lainon would be nice enough to post some (but I think that would be doing you a disservice, as you should learn how to do things on your own). Also if your story is true, there is an account recovery page for instagram if you believe she got hacked, also this would be a good lessons for her on how to get better OpSec. I hope that helps :)
